Մոսկվան ակտիվորեն քննարկում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի զարգացմանը Ռուսաստանի արձագանքի տարբերակները: Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման եւ հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը նույնիսկ թույլ է տվել ԼՂՀ տարածքում ՌԴ դեսանտային օպերացիայի հնարավորությունը, չնայած եւ նշել է, որ վստահ չէ, թե ինչպես Մոսկվան պետք է վարվի այս հակամարտությունում: Ընդ որում, պատգամավորն օգնության մի քանի տարբերակ է ենթադրել, գրում է Segodnya.ru-ն, գրում է news.am-ը:
«Հայաստանի ռազմական ներուժի դեմոնստրատիվ ուժեղացման տեսքով: ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելու տեսքով` դեսանտային օպերացիայի միջոցով հայկական՝ ոչ թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, այլ հայկական տարածքը պաշտպանելու համար միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտության պատճառով: Օդային շրջափակման բացման միջոցով: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մենք Վրաստանին պետք է հստակ բացատրենք, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այն պետք է հանգիստ ընդունի, որ անհրաժեշտ ուժերն ու միջոցներն իր օդային տարածքով պետք է ուղարկվեն Հայաստան: Այս որոշումը հարկադրված է, քանի որ խոսքը գրոհայինների` Կովկասով մեկ տարածման մասին է, ինչից կտուժեն եւ Ռուսաստանը, եւ Վրաստանը, եւ մնացած բոլորը: Սպառնալիք է առաջանում հայ բնակչության մեծ զանգվածի համար, որը պատմականորեն հիշում է ցեղասպանությունն այդ տարածքում: Մենք պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկենք»,- նշել է Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը, ըստ որի` Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան խախտել են խաղաղությունը տարածաշրջանում` ռազմական ռեվանշի հասնելու համար, ուստի նրանց պետք է հիշեցնել, թե որ պետությունն է առաջատար երկիր հանդիսանում հետխորհրդային տարածքում:
Պատգամավորը համաձայն է նաեւ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն կարծիքի հետ, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների պատճառով հակամարտությունը դեռ չունի դիվանագիտական լուծում: Ինչպես արձանագրել է պատգամավորը, բանակցային գործընթացը փաստացի չի շարժվում` չնայած Ռուսաստանի բոլոր ջանքերին: Ադրբեջանական կողմը շարունակում է խաղալ հասարակության առջեւ. կողմ է հանդես գալիս բանակցություններին, սակայն, միեւնույն ժամանակ, շարունակում է հարձակումը եւ «կուլիսներում անընդունելի պահանջներ է առաջադրում»:
