Ինչու՞ Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունը (թեկուզ չճանաչված) չի դիմում որևէ երկրի, մասնավորապես ՌԴ կառավարությանը, բնակչության գլխին կախված ցեղասպանության վտանգը կանխելու համար ԼՂՀ տարածք զորամիավորումներ մտցնելու խնդրանքով։
Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՅԴ անդամ, ԿԳ նախկին փոխնախարար Բագրատ Եսայանը:
«Հարցեր ունեմ.
1. Ինչու՞ ՀՀ իշխանությունը նույնիսկ դիմում չի ներկայացվծնում ՀԱՊԿ անվտանգության մեխանիզմը գործարկելու համար։ Այն անմիտ պատասխանը, որ ՀՀ-ին հարված չի հասցվել, որևէ քննադատության չի դիմանում։ Ադրբեջանաթուրքական ուժերը հարվածել են մեր երկրի տարածքին, ռազմական ու քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներ են վնասվել, քաղաքացիական անձինք են զոհվել և վիրավորվել, ՀՕՊ համակարգեր են ոչնչացվել։ Սա առավել քան բավարար է գոնե դիմելու համար։
2. Ինչու՞ ՀՀ-ն չի դիմում Ռուսաստանին, հիմք ընդունելով 1997թ բարեկամության, համագործակցության և փոխադարձ օգնության պայմանագիրը։ 1-ին կետում նշված անմիտ պատասխանը չի ընդունվում նույն հիմնավորմամբ։ Չի ընդունվում նաև այն պատասխանը, որ ՌԴ-ն տեղյակ է իրավիճակին և հարմար գտնելու դեպքում ինքը կանի այդ քայլը՝ ակնհայտ անհեթեթ լինելու պատճառով։

4. Ինչու՞ ՀՀ իշխանությունը չի դիմում ՌԴ և ԻԻՀ իշխանություններին տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությանն ու բնակչության կյանքին սպառնացող ահաբեկչական կազմավորումներին կանխարգելիչ հարվածներ հասցնելու և չեզոքացնելու խնդրանքով։ Չի ընդունվում 2-րդ կետի պատճառաբանությունը նույն՝ ակնհայտ անհեթեթ լինելու պատճառով։
Կարո՞ղ եմ ենթադրել, որ այս ակնհայտ քայլերը չեն արվում ա. քանի որ խելքները չի հասնում, բ. քանի որ նպատակ կա տարածաշրջանում փոխել ուժերի դասավորությունը։
Ի վերջո, եթե երկրի քաղաքական պատասխանատուն, ղեկավարող քաղաքական ուժը բանակցային հնարավորություն չեն տեսնում, ակնհայտ է, որ պետք է պատասխանատվությունը հանձնեն այն ուժերին, որոնք այդ հնարավորությունը տեսնում են։ Մեկի տգիտությունը կամ անկարողությունը չեն կարող պատճառ դառնալ համազգային ողբերգության։
