ՏԻՄ-երը համակարգում են կամավորագրումը, նաև ընդհանրապես զորահավաքը, բայց հիմնական իրականացնող մարմինները զինկոմիսարիատներն են։ Տվյալ մարմինները համատեղ աշխատում են ՏԻՄ-երի հետ։ Այս մասին այսօր տեղի ունեցած ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ասաց ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհանիսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե ինչպես են տեղի ունենում կամավորագրման աշխատանքները։ 

Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով ծանրությունը չի դրվում կամավորների վրա, նույնիսկ պահեստազորի վրա չի մնում։ Ծանրությունը մնում է կանոնավոր բանակի վրա։ Թե՛ պահեստազորը, թե՛ կամավորները օգնող, լրացնող ֆունկցիա ունեն։  

«Այս պահին չեմ կարող հստակ դեպքեր ասել, բայց վստահ եմ, որ կան դեպքեր, որ սմարթֆոնների կիրառությունից տուժել է զորքը։ Նաև պատժվում են ամենատարբեր ձևերով՝ հրամանատարական պատիժներից մինչ քրեական գործեր։ Բայց ստատիստիկա չեմ կարող ներկայացնել»,- լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը։

ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչը կարևորեց ռազմաճակատում գտնվող բժիշկների աշխատանքը, նշելով, որ  բժիշկները առաջնագծում շատ ծանր աշխատանքներ են տանում, որովհետև բեկորային վնասվածքները, վիրավորումները շատ են, քանի որ հրետանին շատ է աշխատում։

«Հաճախ բժիշկները ոչ միայն պայքարում են կյանքեր փրկելու համար, այլև հայտնվում են կրակի տակ։ Հարվածի են ենթարկվում նաև բժշկական մեքենաները, ունենք նման դեպքեր, որ խոցվել են բուժօգնության մեքենաներ․ խոսքը շտապօգնության մեքենաների մասին չէ, որոնք աշխատում են հիվանդանոցից հիվանդանոց, այլ առաջնագծից՝ ռազմաճակատից մինչև առաջիկա բուժօգնության հաստատություն հասնող մեքենաների մասին է»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննիսյանը։
