ԱՄՆ-ն մտադիր է ՌԴ-ի եւ Չինաստանի ազդեցությանը հակազդել ամերիկյան զենքի վաճառքի միջոցով

Պենտագոնի ղեկավար Մարկ Էսփերը հայտարարել է «համախոհների» հետ միության ամրապնդման նոր ձգտման մասին՝ մասամբ զենքի վաճառքի հաշվին փորձելով սանձել Ռուսաստանի եւ Չինաստանի գլոբալ ազդեցությունը, փոխանցում է AFP-ն։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Պենտագոնը պարբերաբար հետեւելու եւ կառավարելու է իր հարաբերությունները գործընկեր երկրների հետ՝ ձգտելով ռազմական գործողությունները համաձայնեցնելու եղանակներ գտնել, ինչպես նաեւ առաջ մղել ԱՄՆ զենքի վաճառքը։
«Դաշինքների եւ գործընկերության զարգացման հրահանգներ» (GDAP) անունը ստացած նախաձեռնությունը մեկնարկում է նախագահական ընտրություններից ընդամենը 2 շաբաթ առաջ, որի արդյունքներով Դոնալդ Թրամփի պարտության դեպքում Էսփերին կարող են հանել։
«Ամերիկայի դաշնակիցների եւ գործընկերների ցանցը մեզ անհամաչափ առավելություն է տալիս, որի հետ չեն կարող համեմատվել մեր հակառակորդները»,- ասել է Էսփերը՝ այդ ցանցն անվանելով «կանոնների վրա հիմնված միջազգային կարգի հիմք»։ «Չինաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը միասին, հավանաբար, 10 դաշնակցից պակաս ունեն»,- հավելել է նա։
Էսփերը նշել է, որ Չինաստանը «թույլ երկրների հետ, ինչպիսին են Մյանմարը, Կամբոջան եւ Լաոսը, դաշինքներ ստեղծելու համար օգտագործում է հարկադրանքը եւ ֆինանսական ծուղակը»։ «Երկիրը որքան փոքր է եւ որքան շատ պահանջմունքներ ունի, այնքան Պեկինի ճնշումն ուժգին է»,- ասել է նա։
Էսփերը շեշտել է «ժողորդավարական համախոհների հետ, ինչպիսին են Հնդկաստանը եւ Ինդոնեզիան», ավելի սերտ կապերի հաստատման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ հավելելով, որ «նրանք բոլորն ընդունում են, թե ինչ է անում Չինաստանը»։
Էսփերի խոսքով՝ այդ ջանքերի առանցքային մասն է ԱՄՆ զենքի վաճառքի ընդլայնումը, որ դաշնակիցներին օգնեն բարելավել պաշտպանական ներուժը եւ ԱՄՆ պաշտպանական արդյունաբերությանն աջակցեն Մոսկվայի ու Պեկինի կողմից մրցակցության պայմաններում։
Նա հայտնել է, որ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել սպառազինության «ծայրահեղ» համակարգերի սահմանափակումների թուլացման եւ համաձայնեցման արագացման համար։
Նա որպես օրինակ բերել է Թայվան եւ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ ռազմական դրոնների արտահանման ԱՄՆ սահմանափակումների թուլացումը։
Էսփերի հայտարարությունը «ռազմավարական սխալ» էր, որի նպատակն էր Չինաստանին պատկերել «որպես հակառակորդ», Պեկինում լրագրողներին ասել է Չինաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Չժաո Լիցզյանը։
