Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 21-ին ընդլայնված աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, երկրի ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է ստեղծված պատերազմական իրավիճակին և նշել, որ, հաշվի առնելով թշնամու նկրտումները, պետք է պատրաստվել երկարաժամկետ գործողությունների:

Նախագահ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ թիկունքային աշխատանքներում պետք է ներառվեն ինչպես ենթակառուցվածքների գործուն վիճակի ապահովման, սննդի ժամանակին մատակարարման, թոշակ-աշխատավարձերի վճարման, այնպես էլ ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանակավոր տեղափոխված ԱՀ քաղաքացիների սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման հարցերը: «Երևանում կձևավորվի է օպերատիվ շտաբ, որը ՀՀ մարզերում կունենա աշխատանքային խմբեր:

Շտաբի նպատակն է ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Արցախից ժամանակավորապես ՀՀ տեղափոխված բոլոր ընտանիքների սոցիալական խնդիրներով զբաղվելն ու նրանց առաջնահերթ խնդիրները հոգալը: Հորդորում եմ երիտասարդներին ձևավորել կամավորական խմբեր՝ շտաբի աշխատանքներին աջակցելու համար»,- խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին  հանձնարարել է նախագահը և ընդգծել, որ, անկախ հանգամանքներից, յուրաքանչյուր արցախցի պետք է իր նկատմամբ զգա կառավարության ամենօրյա ուշադրությունը:

Անդրադառնալով ռազմաճակատում ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ նախագահը նշել է, որ պաշտպանության բանակը՝ աշխարհազորի հետ միասին, շարունակում է դիմագրավել թշնամու հարձակողական գործողություններին՝ ամեն օր պատճառելով նրան կենդանի ուժի և զինտեխնիկայի զգալի կորուստներ: «Թե՛ մեր բանակը, թե՛ ազգաբնակչությունը շատ լավ պատկերացնում են և՛ այս պատերազմի դժվարությունները, և՛ այն երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքում հաղթահարելու խնդիրները:

Առիթից օգտվելով՝ մեկ անգամ ևս դիմում եմ Մայր Հայրենիքում գտնվող բոլոր զինապարտ արցախցիններին օր առաջ Արցախ վերադառնալու և իրենց եղբայրներին թև ու թիկունք կանգնելու կոչով: Բոլորս մեր վարքի և դրսևորած պահվածքի համար պատասխան ենք տալու առաջին հերթին հանրության առջև»,- շեշտել է նախագահ Հարությունյանը: 

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև կառավարման տարբեր օղակներում փոխգործակցված աշխատանքների հետ կապված այլ հարցեր:
