Մեր անելիքն է մինչև վերջ, անմնացորդ ու անսասան պայքարելը մեր ժողովրդի համար, մեր ժողովրդի իրավունքների համար՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ տեղի կունենա, պետք է պայքարել մեր ժողովրդի իրավունքների համար: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքում ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Այսօր Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշման առումով և համատեքստում պայքարել մեր ժողովրդի իրավունքների համար նշանակում է առաջին հերթին զենք վերցնել և նվիրվել հայրենիքի իրավունքի պաշտպանության գործին: Եվ այս պրոցեսն արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու պարագայում է, որ մենք ի վերջո կկարողանանք հասնել մեզ համար ընդունելի դիվանագիտական լուծման: Որովհետև Ադրբեջանն այսօր ասում է, որ որևէ այլ բանի, բացի Ղարաբաղի կապիտուլացիայից, համաձայն չէ: Դուք հասկանո՞ւմ եք, թե դա ինչ է նշանակում»,-ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանի խոսքերով, հարցը ոչ թե Ղասրաբաղն է, այլ մեր ժողովուրդը, քանի որ առանց Արցախի չկա Հայաստան. «Հետևաբար՝ պաշտպանել Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքը նշանակում է պաշտպանել հայ ժողովրդի իրավունքը:
Իսկ սա այսօր առաջին հերթին նշանակում է զենք վերցնել ու կռվել հանուն այդ իրավունքների, այնքան ժամանակ մինչև հնարավոր կլինի դիվանագիտական եղանակով հասնել ընդունելի որևէ տարբերակի:
Ընդ որում, ես խոսում եմ հարցի վերջնական լուծման մասին: Այս համատեքստում ես կարծում եմ, որ այս պրոցեսը պետք է կազմակերպվի ու իրականացվի մեր ժողովրդի քաղաքական լիդերությունը:
Ես այսօր այս կոչն ուղղում եմ նաև մեր երկրի բոլոր քաղաքապետերին, գյուղապետերին, պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման բոլոր մարմիններին, այդ մարմինների ղեկավարներին, որ նրանք ստանձնեն լիդերությունը, ձևավորեն կամավորական ջոկատներ, որոնք կիրականացնեն ժողովրդի իրավունքի պաշտպանության գործը, և այդ ջոկատները պետք է դրվեն Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տրամադրության տակ և ձևավորման պահը պետք է համարվի համարժեք զինվորական երդմանը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նրանք պետք է ամուր կանգնեն այն տեղերում ու իրականցնեն այն խնդիրն, ինչը նրանց առջև կդրվի հրամանատարության կողմից»:
