«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

«Սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսված պատերազմի ընթացքում Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը շուրջ 1 տասնյակ «Բայրաքթար» թուրքական անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր է խոցել: Երեկ եւ նախորդ օրն Արցախի ՊԲ հակաօդային պաշտպանության ստորաբաժանման խոցած անօդաչու սարքերը եւս թուրքական Bayraktar TB2 տեսակի էին: Ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ Ադրբեջան այդ տեսակի անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր տրվել են հատկապես այս տարվա հուլիսին տեղի ունեցած տավուշյան դեպքերից հետո։

«Պարզ էր, որ, բացի իսրայելական արտադրության անօդաչու թռչող սարքերից, ադրբեջանական բանակը պայքարելու է նաեւ թուրքական արտադրության սարքավորումներով: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ունի Ռուսաստանի կողմից տրված ժամանակակից ռադիոէլեկտրոնային սարքավորումներ, որոնք էլ կարող են հաջողությամբ կիրառել «Բայրակթարների» կիրառության դեմ: Բացի այդ, եթե հայկական կողմն արդեն գիտի, թե ինչպես պայքարել իսրայելական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի դեմ, ապա թուրքական արտադրության «Բայրակթարների» դեպքում տարբերությունն այնքան մեծ չի լինի:

Նրանց դեմ կարելի է հաջողությամբ պայքարել «Օսա» զենիթահրթիռային համակարգով, որոնք իրենց լավ ցուցադրեցին նաեւ Տավուշյան մարտերի ժամանակ», – հավելում է փորձագետը: Նրա խոսքով՝ օդային պայքարում գրանցված այս հաջողությունները հայկական կողմին կարող են թույլ տալ հզոր դիրքերից հանդես գալ բանակցություններում»:
