ԱՄՆ վերլուծական կենտրոնը կոչ է արել հաջորդ վարչակազմին վերանայել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը

ԱՄՆ վերլուծական կենտրոնը կոչ է արել հաջորդ վարչակազմին դուրս բերել ամերիկյան միջուկային զենքը Թուրքիայի բազայից եւ ամբողջովին վերանայի իր արտաքին քաղաքականությունն Անկարայի նկատմամբ, հաղորդում է Kathimerini-ն:

 «ԱՄՆ գլոբալ հարաբերությունների վերանայում» անունով 95-էջանոց զեկույցում Ամերիկյան առաջընթացի կենտրոնը խորհուրդ է տալիս «ակտիվորեն բացառել երկիրը Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններից, հատկապես, անվտանգության հարցերում առաջին 100 օրվա ընթացքում:

Առաջին քայլը պետք է կայանա նրանում, որ հաջորդ վարչակազմը պետք է աշխատի «Ինջիրլիքի ավիաբազայից ամբողջ միջուկային զենքը լուռ հետ կանչելու» ուղղությամբ:

Դա պետք է «արվի անհապաղ, առանց երկարատեւ միջգերատեսչական ստուգման, որպեսզի վարչակազմը կարողանա փորձել վերականգնել հարաբերություններն առավել իրատեսական հիման վրա»:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է վերանայի Թուրքիայի հետ անվտանգության, տնտեսական եւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հարցերը: «Նպատակը պետք է կայանա ավելի իրատեսական եւ թարմացված գործողությունների ռազմավարություն մշակելու մեջ առավել համառ Թուրքիայի հետ, որը պատրաստ է միակողմանի գործողություններ իրականացնել եւ արհամարհում է միության նորմերը»:

Վերլուծական կենտրոնը խոստովանում է, որ Թուրքիան շարունակում է մնալ խոշոր դերակատար ինչպես Մերձավոր Արեւելքում, այնպես էլ Եվրոպայում, սակայն հաջորդ վարչակազմը պետք է ուղղի վաղ ազդանշաններ այն մասին, որ նա կորդեգրի նոր մոտեցում:

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ձգտում է մշակել ավելի անկախ մոտեցում՝ պակաս հարգելով ավանդական արեւմտյան դաշնակիցներին… Հաջորդ վարչակազմը պետք է ճանաչի այդ իրականությունն ու ադապտացվի դրան:

«Դա չի նշանակում անցում կատարել զուտ պատժիչ մոտեցման, սակայն հաշվի առնելով Թուրքիայում կոռուպցիայի եւ ավտոկրատիայի խորությունը՝ դա նշանակում է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները պետք է աշխատեն Անկարայից իրենց կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ»:
