Վաշինգտոնը կփորձի հաշտեցնել Երևանին և Բաքվին. «Կոմերսանտ»

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը կփորձի իր ներդրումն ունենալ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում: Այն բանից հետո, երբ հայտնի դարձավ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ Մոսկվայում հանդիպելու պատրաստակամության մասին, հաղորդվեց, որ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը հոկտեմբերի 23-ին Վաշինգտոնում կընդունի երկրների ԱԳ նախարարներին: Այս հարցի շուրջ վերլուծություններ է արել ռուսական «Կոմերսանտ» պարբերականն իր` «Դոնալդ Թրամփը գնում է Ղարաբաղում ընթացքող պատերազմին» վերնագրով հոդվածում:
Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Լեյլա Աբդուլլաևան երեքշաբթի «Կոմերսանտին» ասել է, որ արտգործնախարար Բայրամովը հոկտեմբերի 23-ին մեկնելու է Վաշինգտոն, որտեղ հանդիպելու է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյի հետ: Այնտեղ, ըստ տիկին Աբդուլլաևայի, նախատեսվում է նախարար Բայրամովի հանդիպումը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների (ՌԴ, ԱՄՆ և Ֆրանսիա) ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Իր հերթին, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Աննա Նաղդալյանը ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հաստատել է, որ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նույնպես հոկտեմբերի 23-ին կլինի Վաշինգտոնում: Եվ Մնացականյանը նախատեսում է հանդիպել նաեւ Մայք Պոմպեոյի հետ:
Նշվում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն հակամարտության վերսկսման առաջին իսկ օրերից կոչ է արել կողմերին դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները և վերսկսել խաղաղ բանակցությունները: Աղբյուրը ընդգծում է, որ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն օրեր անց մեղադրել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի իր դաշնակից Թուրքիային հակամարտությունը սրելու համար:
ԱՄՆ-ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Էլին Սուլեյմանովն ասել է, որ Բաքուն չի բացառում երկու նախարարների հանդիպման հնարավորությունը Վաշինգտոնում գտնվելու ընթացքում` հաշվի առնելով, որ նրանց նախկին հաղորդակցությունը դեռևս գործնական արդյունք չի բերել: «Մենք ուզում ենք առարկայական զրույց», - ասել է Էլին Սուլեյմանովը: «Մենք փոխզիջումների հիման վրա այս հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը այլընտրանք չենք տեսնում», - առաջիկա դիվանագիտական փուլին իր գնահատականն է տվել Վաշինգտոնում ՀՀ դեսպան Վարուժան Ներսեսյանը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, հայ դիվանագետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել պարոն Պոմպեոյին Թուրքիայի հասցեին հնչեցրած քննադատության համար:
Պարբերականը նկատում է, որ ամերիկյան դիվանագիտության ակտիվացումը տեղի է ունեցել ԱՄՆ-ում նոյեմբերի 3-ին կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրություններից հաշված օրեր առաջ: «Դոնալդ Թրամփը, որը հետ է մնում իր մրցակից Ջո Բայդենից, հույս ունի վերջին պահին հաղթանակ կորզել: ԱԳ նախարարներին Վաշինգտոն հրավիրելը կարող է լինել Նևադայում նախագահի ելույթի տրամաբանական շարունակությունը, որի ժամանակ վերջինս խոսել էր հայերի մասին»,- եզրափակում է հոդվածագիրը:
