ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն Արցախում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի վայրագությունները, դաժանությունները, զանգվածային ավերածությունները համարում է նաև այն բանի հետևանք, որ միջազգային կազմակերպությունները շարունակաբար հրաժարվել են Արցախ այցերից:  Թաթոյանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ տարածաշրջանային և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում:

«Այս վայրագրությունները, դաժանությունները, զանգվածային ավերածությունները, որոնք Ադրբեջանի զինուժն իրականացրել է Արցախում, նաև այն բանի հետևանք են, որ միջազգային կազմակերպությունները շարունակաբար հրաժարվել են Արցախ այցերից՝ չնայած մեր բազմաթիվ կոչերին, հրավերներին ու զգուշացումներին»,- ասաց Թաթոյանն ու հավելեց, որ նկատի ունի, մասնավորապես, իր և Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ի հրավերները, կոչերը:

 

ՄԻՊ-ը չափազանց կարևոր համարեց հիմա ցույց տալ, որ բարձր մակարդակով ՄԱԿ-ում, այլ մարմիններում հայտարարվող՝ «ոչ ոք չպետք է դուրս լինի եզրագծից, ոչ ոք չպետք է անտեսվի և մեկուսացվի» սկզբունքը կյանքում իրական աշխատող սկզբունք է, մարդուն կյանքում պաշտպանող սկզբունք է, այլ ոչ թե ընդամենը պատրանք: «Եվ պետք է  ապացուցել «ի վերջո, որ քաղաքական որևէ պատճառ չի կարող ազդել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության վրա: Այս պրակտիկան նաև խարխլում է մարդու իրավունքների համակարգը, այս պրակտիկան նաև վնասակար է այդ կազմակերպությունների միջազգային հեղինակության համար»,- ասաց Թաթոյանը:

Նա շեշտեց՝ չճանաչված պետություններում էլ կան կանայք, երեխաներ, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք, տարեցներ, և նրանք որևէ անգամ չպետք է դուրս լինեն միջազգային մարմիններին հասանելիության ու պաշտպանության իրավունքից:
