ՌԱԿ-ի հայտարարությունը հայ-ադրբեջանական կայանալիք բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ

Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցությունը հանդես է եկել հայտարարության՝ կապված հայ-ադրբեջանական կայանալիք բանակցությունների հետ:

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Արդեն չորրորդ շաբաթն է, ինչ ադրբեջանական հրոսակները Թուրքիայի անմիջական հովանավորությամբ և միջազգային ահաբեկիչների ներգրավմամբ աննախադեպ լայնածավալ պատերազմ են վարում  Արցախի Հանրապետության շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով՝ կիրառելով իրենց ունեցած ժամանակակից ռազմական ողջ զինանոցը և հավատարիմ մնալով իրենց նենգ բնույթին` որպես թիրախ  ընտրել են ոչ միայն հայկական զինված ուժերը, այլ նաև խաղաղ բնակավայրերն ու բնակչությանը:

Այսպիսի ծավալներով՝  կենդանի ուժի ու զինտեխնիկայի  կիրառման խտությամբ և միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ, պատերազմն ընդլայնել է իր աշխարհագրությունը՝ դառնալով լուրջ սպառնալիք  ողջ տարածաշրջանի երկրների համար:

Արցախի պաշտպանական բանակը, կամավորականների ու աշխարհազորայինների անմիջական մասնակցությամբ և Սփյուռքի հայության աջակցությամբ հերոսական դիմադրություն է ցույց տալիս թշնամուն՝ ցուցադրելով ժամանակակից ռազմարվեստի գլուխգործոցներ՝ տասնապատիկ ավելի կենդանի ուժի և տեխնիկայի կորուստներ պատճառելով թշնամուն:

Փա՛ռք մեր խիզախ ու քաջ հայկական բանակին և հավերժ փա՛ռք հանուն հայրենյաց զոհված մեր նահատակներին:

Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցությունը, խստագույնս դատապարտելով  Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ագրեսիան Արցախի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ, դիմում է ամբողջ աշխարհի առաջադեմ մարդկությանը և միջազգային բոլոր կազմակերպություններին՝ միասնաբար ստիպել ադրբեջանաթուրքական ահաբեկիչներին դադարեցնելու ռազմական գործողությունները Արցախի հանրապետության նկատմամբ և աջակցել  ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկիր Ռուսաստանի կողմից խնդրի բանակցային  կարգավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերին:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, գնահատելով բանակցությունների կարևորությունը հայ ժողովրդի համար  օրհասական այս պահին, Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին՝ անվերապահ վստահություն հայտնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ վարելու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հանրապետությունների ղեկավարների միջև ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում կայանալիք բանակցությունները:
