Ադրբեջանում Հունաստանի դեսպանատունն անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ է ստանում

Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաք Բաքվում գտնվող Հունաստանի դեսպանատունն անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ է ստանում, իսկ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը հրաժարվում է դրանք լուրջ ընդունել, գրում է Greek City Times թերթի սյունակագիր Փոլ Անթոնոպուլոսը:
«Բոլորը հսկողության տակ են, մինչդեռ կան խնդիրներ՝ կապված հունական դիվանագիտական առաքելության ընդհանուր պլանավորած «աջակցության» հետ, որը տրամադրվում է միջազգային մակարդակով»,- գրում է հեղինակը:
«Ադրբեջանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության ընթացքում քաղաքական և ռազմական աջակցության է ստանում Հունաստանի տարածաշրջանային մրցակից Թուրքիայից: Հունաստանն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել Հայաստանին և ներկայում խառնված է Թուրքիայի հետ տարածքային վեճին Արևելյան Միջերկրականում»,- գրում է Անթոնոպուլոսը:
Նա գրում է, որ Հունաստանի դեսպանատանն անվտանգության հետ կապված իրավիճակը սրվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ կառավարությունը ետ կանչեց դեսպան Կոնստանտինոս Պիպերիգոսին: Վերջինս պաշտոնը ստանձնել էր սեպտեմբերի 2-ին:
Դեսպան Պիպերիգոսի հավատարմագրերը հանձնելու արարողության ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ընդգծել էր իր երկրի ամուր կապերը Թուրքիայի հետ:
«Ես կարող եմ ասել Ձեզ, և դա գաղտնիք չէ, որ Թուրքիան ոչ միայն մեր ընկերը և գործընկերն է, այլև եղբայրական երկիր մեր համար: Առանց երկմտելու, ինչ էլ, որ պատահի, մենք աջակցում ենք Թուրքիային և կաջակցենք ցանկացած պարագայում: Մենք աջակցում ենք Թուրքիային բոլոր հարցերում, ներառյալ Արևելյան Միջերկրական ծովի խնդիրը»,- հայտարարել է Ալիևը:
Հոդվածագիրը նշում է, որ Ալիևը կարող էր այդ միջոցառումն օգտագործել՝ նշելով իր հավատարմությունը և նվիրվածությունը թուրք գործընկերոջը՝ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին նախքան սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում սկսված պատերազմը:
Երբ սահմանային բախումները սկսվեցին, Էրդողանը հայտարարեց Թուրքիայի աջակցության մասին Ադրբեջանին՝ նշելով, որ ինքը պատրաստ է անել անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչ՝ հայկական զինված ուժերը տարածաշրջանից դուրս բերելու համար: Բռնությունը շարունակում է աճել՝ չնայած Ռուսաստանի կողմից հրադադար հաստատելուն ուղղված փորձերին:
Թուրքիան «փորձում է արևմտյան երկրներին վտարել դիվանագիտական խաղից Կովկասում»՝ դիմելով Մոսկվային և առաջարկելով միասին կարգավորել ճգնաժամը, կարծում է Անթոնոպուլոսը:
«Միգուցե հունական դիվանագիտությունը պետք է նախաձեռնություն ձեռնարկի ինչպես ԱՄՆ-ի, այնպես է ԵՄ-ի նկատմամբ, քանի դեռ Հունաստանի տարածքով անցնող թուրք-ադրբեջանական գազատարի հարցը չի դրվել սեղանին»,- գրում է հեղինակը:
Անթոնոպուլոսի խոսքով՝ հինգշաբթի Հունաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Նիկոս Դենդիասի այցը Հայաստան հավանաբար էլ ավելի է սրել հույն-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները և դեսպանատան անվտանգության հետ կապված իրավիճակը:
