Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Սաիդ Ղաթիբզադեն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից հայ զինվորների խոշտանգման ու վայրագությունների դեպքերին, որոնց վերաբերյալ «անհանգստություն առաջացնող լուսանկարները» հայտնվել են համացանցում:

Խոսքը հայ ռազմագերիների գլխատման և նրանց գնդակահարման տեսաապացույցների, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների ուղղությամբ հարվածների մասին է:

Ղաթիբզադեն նշել է, որ Իրանը չի հանդուրժի թաքֆիր-ահաբեկիչներին («Աթ Թաքֆիր վալ-Հիջրա» ծայրահեղական կազմակերպություն) բնորոշ չարագործություններ, մարդկանց գլխատում կամ հարձակումներքաղաքների և անմեղ մարդկանց վրա, փոխանցում է IRNA գործակալությունը։

Ղաթիբզադեն հակամարտության երկու կողմերին «կոչ է արել պահպանել միջազգային կանոնները»։

Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի զինվորականները մի քանի օր առաջ հայ զինծառայող են գլխատել: Հոկտեմբերի 16-ին՝ ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի մի զինվորական զանգահարել է հայ զինծառայողի հարազատ եղբորը և տեղեկացրել, որ նրա եղբայրը գտնվում է իրենց մոտ, իրենք կտրել են եղբոր գլուխը, իսկ լուսանկարը տեղադրելու են համացանցում: Դրանից հետո՝ զանգից մի քանի ժամ անց սպանված զինծառայողի լուսանկարը եղբայրը հայտնաբերել է նրա սոցիալական ցանցի էջում: Համոզմունքն այն է, որ հենց ադրբեջանցի զինվորականներն էլ նկարը սոցիալական ցանցի էջում տեղադրել են սպանելուց հետո:
