Անշուշտ այս պատերազմի արդյունքների վերլուծությունների մեջ առանձնահատուկ բարձր գնահատականներ են տրվելու ՊԲ հրետանավորների գրագետ գործողություններին: Վերջիններս իրականացնում են այնպիսի գործողություններ, որոնք նախատեսված չեն եղել անգամ զորատեսակի պատրաստության ծրագրերով: Այս մասին գրում է ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։ 

Նման հրետանավորներից է դիվիզիոնի հրամանատար, փոխգնդապետ Արսեն Հակոբյանը՝ իր ենթակաների հետ: Վերջիններս, ի թիվս բազմաթիվ այլ հաջողված գործողությունների, հոկտեմբերի 7-ին խոցել են թշնամու 1 Տ-90 տանկ: Արսեն Հակոբյանը ներկայացված է «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալի: Նույն կարգի մեդալի է ներկայացվել շարքային Վաչագան Մովսիսյանը՝ մարտական դիրքը «Տրոպա» և այլ հատուկ միջոցներ օգտագործելով գրավել փորձող թշնամական ուժերին հաջողությամբ դիմագրավելու և համառ գործողությունների արդյունքում կասեցնելու համար:
