Երբ Մնացականյանը կմեկնի ԱՄՆ. «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
ԱԳՆ-ից չեն հայտնում, թե երբ, կոնկրետ որ օրն է նախատեսված արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի այցն ԱՄՆ։ «Երբ հրապարակելու լինի, կհրապարակենք»,- երեկ մեր լրագրողին ասել է գերատեսչության խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը։ Այցը նախատեսված է, պարզապես հարկ չե՞ք համարում հրապարակել։ «Ինչպես նշել է մեր դեսպանը, այցի նախապատրաստման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ իրականացվում են»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ երկու օր առաջ արտասահմանյան լրատվամիջոցներին ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Վարուժան Ներսեսյանը հայտնել էր, թե ներկայումս աշխատանքներ են տարվում ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի այցը Վաշինգտոն նախապատրաստելու ուղղությամբ:
Ըստ դեսպան Ներսեսյանի, ակնկալվում է, որ այցն ու հանդիպումն ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյի հետ կկայանա այս ամիս։ «Նշված հանդիպումը հատկապես հրատապություն է ձեռք բերում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության սրման ֆոնին, որի հետեւանքով զոհվել են տասնյակ խաղաղ բնակիչներ, վիրավորվել են հարյուրավոր եւ տեղահանվել տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ»: Արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի այցը Վաշինգտոն ծրագրված էր դեռ հոկտեմբերի սկզբին, հետաձգվեց Արցախում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի հետեւանքով: Փորձագետները չեն բացառում, որ ԱՄՆ-ում տեղի ունենա եռակողմ հանդիպում՝ նաեւ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարի մասնակցությամբ։
