INTERNATIONAL NEWSՊաշտոնական Բաքուն ակնհայտորեն ագրեսոր է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունում, որին աջակցում է Թուրքիան: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այդ մասին Nouvelles d`Armenie-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Փարիզի քաղաքապետ Անն Իդալգոն:
«Ուստի` Բաքվի ռեժիմը շատ մեծ պատասխանատվություն է կրում: ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագների՝ Ֆրանսիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի աջակցությամբ պետք է որոշվի Ղարաբաղի և նրա ժողովրդի ապագան: Հուսով եմ, որ նրանք կարող է հնարավորինս արագ դադարեցնել հակամարտությունը և բանակցություններ սկսել տարածաշրջանում տևական և արդար խաղաղության հասնելու համար: Հանգստյան օրերին ձեռք բերվեց հումանիտար զինադադարի համաձայնություն, որը, հուսով եմ, կիրականացվի, ի տարբերություն նախորդ շաբաթվա հրադադարի, որը խախտվել է բազմաթիվ անգամ: Պատերազմը երբեք լուծում չէ, իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեպքում այն ցավալի է և դարավոր հիշողություններ է արթնացնում»,- ասել է Անն Իդալգոն:
Քաղաքապետը նաև նշել է, որ պատրաստվում է 2021 թվականի սկզբին այցելել Երևան:
Նա, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձել է հարցին, թե ինչպես Փարիզը կարող է աջակցել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով տուժած Հայաստանին և Արցախին:
«Ես նախագահում եմ Ֆրանկոֆոն քաղաքապետերի միջազգային ասոցիացիան (AIMF), որի անդամ է, իհարկե, Երևանը: Ես խնդրեցի, որ AIMF- ն անմիջապես մշակի 50 հազար եվրոյի շտապ օգնություն՝ Արցախից տեղափոխվածներին աջակցելու և առողջական ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու համար: Սա առաջին քայլն է: Ես ընդունեցի նաև Մարի Լու Փափազյանին` ԹՈՒՄՈ-ի տնօրենին, որը, ինչպես գիտեք, գրասենյակ ունի նաև Ստեփանակերտում, և մենք միասին քննարկեցինք այն կապերը, որոնք կարող ենք զարգացնել տարբեր ԹՈՒՄՈ- ների միջև: Միջազգային հարաբերությունների գծով իմ տեղակալ Առնո Նգաչան մշտական կապի մեջ է Փարիզում Հայաստանի դեսպանի, ինչպես նաև Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունները համակարգող խորհրդի երկու համանախագահների հետ:
Ես նաև մտադիր եմ 2021 թվականի սկզբին Փարիզի խորհրդի պատվիրակության հետ այցելել Երևան` մեր համերաշխությունը ցույց տալու և տեսնելու, թե ինչպես կարող ենք էլ ավելի ամրապնդել մեր կապերը»,- ասել է Իդալգոն:
