ԵՄ-ն դատապարտում է Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողությունների շարունակությունը հրադադարից հետո

Եվրամիությունը ողջունում է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի համատեղ հայտարարությունը հումանիտար հրադադարի մասին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի միջնորդական ջանքերից հետո ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մյուս համանախագահների համակարգմամբ: Այդ մասին ասվում է ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեփ Բորելի հայտարարություն մեջ:
«ԵՄ-ն ցավում է, որ խախտումները (հրադադարի,-խմբ.) շարունակվում են, եւ հաղորդվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում եւ դրա շրջակայքում ռազմական գործողությունների մասին: Դա հանգեցնում է էլ ավելի մեծ տանջանքների քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում: Դա սրում է հակամարտությունը պետությունների եւ համապատասխան հասարակությունների միջեւ՝ էլ ավելի բարդացնելով վերքերի բուժումը: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունն արդեն զգացել է չափազանց մեծ տանջանքներ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հակամարտությունը հանգեցրել է մեծաթիվ եւ անթույլատրելի զոհերի քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում: ԵՄ-ն խստորեն դատապարտում է այդպիսի բոլոր հարձակումները՝ անկախ դրանց ծագման վայրից:
Ես քիչ առաջ զանգահարել եմ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներին, որպեսզի համոզեմ նրանց, որ հրադադարը պետք է խստորեն պահպանվի երկու կողմերի դեպքում: Ես նաեւ ընդգծել եմ, որ խաղաղ բնակիչների ուղղությամբ հարձակումները պետք է անհապաղ դադարեն: Դրանք չի կարելի արդարացնել: Ես կրկնել եմ, որ ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է աջակցել կողմերին եւ ԵԱՀԿ-ին հակամարտության վաղաժամ կարգավորման հարցում»:
