Արտախորհրդարանական 16 կուսակցությունների հայտարարությունը, թե պետք է  հրատապ ռազմաքաղաքական հարցերի օպերատիվ կառավարման շտաբ՝ պետական հատուկ մարմին ստեղծել՝ լայն քննարկումների առիթ է դարձել։ Արտախորհրդարանական  ուժերին քննադատում են պատերազմական վիճակում նեղ քաղաքական շահեր հետապնդելու համար և մատնանշում, որ կա լեգիտիմ իշխանություն, և կարիք չկա այլ որևէ մարմնի ստեղծում։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՅԴ Գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը նախ ընդգծեց, որ կառավարման շտաբի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը բխել է ստեղծված իրավիճակի գնահատականից։

«Այդ ենթադրություներն անում են իրավիճակն ամբողջական գնահատելու անկարողություն ունենալով, կամ չեն կարողանում գնահատել՝ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է։ Մենք այս եզրակացությանը եկել ենք ստեղծված իրավիճակը գնահատելու արդյունքում։ Սա ոչ թե նեղ կուսակցական շահ է, այլ հակառակը՝ այս կուսակցություններն այն ուժերն են, որոնք գնահատելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը հասկացել են, որ կա չօգտագործված ռեսուրս, կա ցանկություն ու անհրաժեշտություն ուժերը համախմբելու՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար։ Իհարկե, այս ընթացքում հայտնվել են ինչ-որ մարդիկ, որոնք անիմաստ ոտնատակ են ընկնում, դրանց կանդրադառնանք հետո, հիմա դրա ժամանակը չէ»,-անդրադառնալով քննադատություններին նշում  է Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը, ապա հավելում, որ կուսակցությունների ներկայացրած պահանջները  նաև իշխանություններին ձեռք մեկնելու քայլ է։

«Դրա անհրաժեշտությունը կա, հիմա եթե ես սկսեմ թվարկել այն բոլոր բացերը, դրա մասին պետք է երկար խոսեմ, իսկ այսօր դրա ժամանակը չէ։ Մենք սպասում ենք պաշտոնական արձագանքին, նաև ասել ենք, որ պատրաստ ենք քննարկել  դետալները։ Կլինի՞՝ կլինի, չի լինի, դրանից կանենք եզրակացություն և միասին կքննարկենք անելիքների հաջորդ քայլը»,-շեշտեց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին, 14 կուսակցություններ հայտարարություն տարածեցին, որում  2 պահանջ ներկայացրեցին Կառավարությանը։ Ավելի ուշ այդ հայտարարությանը միացան ևս երկու կուսակցություն։ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը վստահ է, որ առաջիկա օրերին այլ ուժեր ևս կմիանան իրենց պահանջին։
