Խստագույն դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից մարդասիրական հրադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածության կոպտագույն խախտումը, որը ուժի մեջ է մտել հոկտեմբերի 18-ի ժամը 00:00-ից: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ից։
Անտեսելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների միջնորդական ջանքերը՝ հոկտեմբերի 17-ի լույս 18-ի գիշերը՝ մարդասիրական հրադադարի հենց առաջին օրը, ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ուժերը առաջնագծի տարբեր հատվածներում երեք անգամ խախտել են կրակի դադարեցման մասին պայմանավորվածությունները, ինչը հանգեցրել է մարդկային զոհերի երկու կողմերում էլ: Ժամը 00:04-ից 02:45-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում՝ հյուսիսային ուղղությամբ, իսկ ժամը 02:20-ից 02:45-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հարավային ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական կողմը հրթիռահրետանային գնդակոծության է ենթարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի դիրքերը: Առավոտյան ժամը 07:20-ին՝ հրետակոծությունից հետո, ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ուժերը հարձակման փորձ են ձեռնարկել առաջնագծի հարավային հատվածում՝ Խուդաֆերինի ջրամբարի ուղղությամբ, Արցախի Հանրապետության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության սահմանի երկայնքով:
Ադրբեջանական կողմի անպատասխանատու և ապակառուցողական քայլերը վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան չեն ցանկանում և ունակ չեն կատարել ո՛չ իրենց պարտավորությունները միջազգային կոնվենցիաների շրջանակներում, ո՛չ էլ՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների միջնորդությամբ մարդասիրական նպատակներով կրակի դադարեցման շուրջ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները: Հերթական անգամ Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան ցուցադրել են, որ մարդասիրական հրադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությունները և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, բանակցությունները շարունակում են դիտարկել բացառապես հակամարտության ռազմական լուծման համատեքստում:
Միայն Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումն է կարող կասեցնել միջազգային միջնորդների ջանքերն ու հեղինակությունը խաթարող ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ուխտադրուժ վարքագիծը: Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումը վերջ կդնի ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության ուժային լուծման փորձերին և անհրաժեշտ խթան կհաղորդի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում միջազգային միջնորդական ջանքերի արդյունավետ շարունակմանը:
