Թուրքական ընկերությունները հայտարարում են, որ վերջին շաբաթներին Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի երկրներ հագուստ արտահանելիս նոր մարտահրավերների են բախվել: Մասնավորապես, նրանք նշել են, որ Մարոկկոն այդ ապրանքների ներմուծման հարկը 90%-ով ավելացնելու փոփոխություն է մտցրել Թուրքիայի հետ համաձայնագրում, News.am-ի փոխնացմամբ,  հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:

Ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել լրատվական գործակալությանը, պատրաստի հագուստ արտահանողները բազմիցս բողոքել են փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ անսովոր պահանջներից, ինչպես նաեւ Մարոկկոյում եւ Ալժիրում մաքսազերծման ձգձգումներից:

Մարոկկոյի եւ Ալժիրի առեւտրի նախարարությունները դեռ չեն մեկնաբանել այս տեղեկատվությունը:

Reuters-ին չի հաջողվել պարզել ուշացումների պատճառը:

Թուրք արտահանողների բողոքները ստացվել են այն ժամանակ, երբ Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայում, Մերձավոր Արեւելքում եւ Արեւելյան Եվրոպայում հագուստ արտադրողները փորձում են օգտվել կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի պատճառով մատակարարման համաշխարհային շղթաների խափանումից:

Եվրոպական խոշոր ապրանքանիշները փնտրում են արտադրության այլընտրանքային կենտրոններ, ինչպիսիք են Թուրքիան եւ Մարոկկոն, որոնք ավելի մոտ են, քան Չինաստանը:

Մարոկկոյի կառավարությունը մտահոգված լինելով, որ Թուրքիայի հետ 2004թ. Առեւտրային համաձայնագիրը վնաս է հասցնում իր արտադրողներին եւ մանրածախ վաճառողներին, հայտարարել է Անկարայի հետ առեւտրային բանակցությունների մասին, որոնք օգոստոսին հանգեցրել են պայմանագրի փոփոխության:

Առեւտրի նախարարության աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ այս փոփոխությունը թույլ է տալիս 5 տարով 90%-ով բարձրացնել 1200 տեսակի ապրանքների, այդ թվում` տեքստիլի եւ հագուստի համար հարկը:

Թուրքիայի առեւտրի նախարարությունը հրաժարվել է մեկնաբանել այս տեղեկատվությունը:
