Մեր հաղթանակը հաստատ գալու է, որովհետեւ մարդիկ թաքցնում են իրենց տարիքը, ֆիզիկական վիճակը, որպեսզի կամավորագրվեն: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին, ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշեց ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Ես քաղաքում ամեն օր հանդիպում եմ տղաների, նաեւ աղջիկների, որոնք խնդրում են, որ զինվորագրենք իրենց: Ժամանակին չեն ծառայել տարբեր պատճառներով, բայց հիմա շատ են ուզում, գնում են զինկոմիսարիատներ, օրենքը թույլ չի տալիս, մերժվում են: Ամեն անգամ ինձ խնդրում են՝ ինչպե՞ս անենք, որ գնանք ճակատ, որ զենք բռնել սովորենք: Մենք չենք կարող այսքանից հետո չհաղթել: Մենք պարտավոր ենք հաղթել ու հաղթելու ենք»,-ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով հակաօդային պաշտպանության մասով ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելու վերաբերյալ հարցին, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նախ ասաց, որ քաղաքական հարցերին չի անդրադառնալու, ապա հավելեց. «Մենք մեր ՀՕՊ-ի հարցերը այս պահին լուծում ենք: Ես մի քանի անգամ ասել եմ, որ մենք ինքներս ենք մեր կռիվը մղելու, մեր հողը պաշտպանելու: Մեզ կարող են օգնել մեր ընկերները, դաշնակիցները, բայց մեր փոխարեն չեն կռվելու»:

Հարցին, թե ինչու հայկական կողմը չի ուզում վերջակետ դնել պատերազմին՝ հստակ, հուժկու կետային հարվածներ հասցնելով հակառակորդի ռազմական կենսական կետերին ու ենթակառուցվածքներին, ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչն արձագանքեց. «Ձեզ ինչի՞ է թվում, որ ինչ-որ հարվածից  հետո Ադրբեջանը պետք է դադարեցնի պատերազմը: Մենք մեր չափորոշիչներով ենք մտածում, որ եթե ազդենք այս կետի վրա, պատերազմը կավարտվի: Բայց դիմացինն այդպես չի մտածում, դիմադինը միգուցե իր զորքի 99 տոկոսն էլ կորցնի, ենթակառուցվածքներ կորցնի, բայց միեւնույն է, հանուն իր սեփական իշխանության կանգ չառնի»:
