168․am–ը զրուցել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյանի հետ։

– Պարոն Սողոմոնյան, մեր տեղեկություններով, Նախագահ Քոչարյանը դեռ անցած շաբաթվանից Արցախում էր, ճի՞շտ է։

– Այո, ճիշտ է, բայց նախօրեին վերադարձել է Երևան։

 

– Ինչ-որ հատուկ նպատակո՞վ է վերադարձել։ Հարցնում եմ, որովհետև անցած անգամ եկել էր հանդիպելու ՌԴ դեսպանի հետ ու հետո նորից մեկնել Ստեփանակերտ։

– Անելիք շատ կա։ Պարզ է, որ այսօր պետք է գործի դնել բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային հակահարված տալու և պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու համար։

– Կոնկրետ ի՞նչ անելիքի մասին է խոսքը։ Կմանրամասնե՞ք։ Ի՞նչ հանդիպումներ ունի, կամ գուցե հեռախոսազրույցնե՞ր են։

– Չէի ուզենա մտնել մանրամասների մեջ։ Հուսով եմ, որ արդյունքները տեսանելի կլինեն արդեն մոտ օրերին։

– Անցնող շաբաթվա ընթացքում սոցիալական ցանցերում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի անվան հետ կապված բազմաթիվ վարկաբեկող գրառումներ հայտնվեցին։ Ինչո՞վ եք բացատրում։

– Ինքս սոցիալական ցանցերի ակտիվ օգտատեր չեմ, բայց, իհարկե, գործընկերներս ներկայացրել են ինձ անցած օրերի ընդհանուր պատկերը։ Ձեր ասած արշավն արձանագրել ենք։ Նախագահ Քոչարյանի դեմ ուղղորդված ու բառիս լայն իմաստով անբարոյական ապատեղեկատվության որոշակի քանակ է լցվել սոցիալական ցանցեր, դա փաստ է։ Արցախի և Հայաստանի նախկին ղեկավարի հանդեպ ատելության մեծ չափաբաժնից ու կեղծիքի չափազանց պրիմիտիվ մակարդակից դատելով՝ կարող եմ պնդել, որ այս արշավը կազմակերպվում և իրացվում է Բաքվից, դրա հեղինակները ակնհայտորեն ադրբեջանցիներ են։ Ասում եմ վստահությամբ, որովետև չեմ կարող նույնիսկ ենթադրել, որ այս ծանր օրերին, երբ Արցախում հայրենական պատերազմ է ընթանում, մեզանում կարող է նման բան կազմակերպելու ունակ սրիկա գտնվել։
