ԱՄՆ Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովիանդամ, Սենատոր Բոբ Մենենդեսն այսօր հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ արձագանքելով այն լուրերին, թե թուրքական զինուժը սկսել է փորձարկել Ռուսաստանից գնված ՀՕՊ-Ս-400 համակարգերը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»:
«Այսօր Թուրքիայի կողմից ռուսական արտադրության S-400 հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգի փորձարկումըհիշեցնում է, որ Թրամփի վարչակազմի կողմից ստացած պարզ խնդրանքները հետ չեն պահում Անկարային: Էրդողանը պատասխանում է միայն գործողություններին, ոչ թե խոսքերին: 2019-ի հուլիսին Թուրքիան առաքեց S-400-ը` ակնհայտորեն խախտելով ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների մասին օրենքը: Թրամփի վարչակազմը անտեսել է օրենքը՝ թուլացնելով մեր դիրքերը Պուտինի դեմ: Այն նաև խրախուսել է Էրդողանին՝ հասցնելով այսօրվա փորձությանը:
Նախագահ Թրամփի կողմից օրենքին չհամապատասխանելը և Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի նկատմամբ նրա բարեկամական վերաբերմունքը լուրջ սպառնալիքներ ենմեր ազգային անվտանգությանը, ինչպես նաև Եվրոպայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի մեր դաշնակիցների և գործընկերների անվտանգությանը: «Պատժամիջոցների միջոցովհակազդեցություն Ամերիկայի հակառակորդներին (CAATSA)» օրենքի ակտը պարզ է, և վարչակազմը պետք է հետևի օրենքին: Թուրքիան պետք է անհապաղ պատժվի այդ համակարգը գնելու և օգտագործելու համար»,-գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ՝ դեռ հունիսին, նախագահ Դենալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ Միացյալ Նահանգների համար «բարդ» իրավիճակ է, թե ինչպես պատասխանել Ռուսաստանից հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության Ս-400 համակարգգնելու Թուրքիայի գործարքին՝ ավելացնելով, որ քննարկվում են հնարավոր պատժամիջոցները:
Միևնույն ժամանակ Թրամփը համակրանք էր հայտնել իր թուրք գործընկերԷրդողանի նկատմամբ՝ մեղադրելով ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմին Թուրքիայի կողմից Patriot հրթիռներ գնելու պայմաններ դնելու մեջ:
«Մենք տարբեր լուծումներ ենք փնտրում: Դա խնդիր է, դրա մասին ոչ մի հարց չկա», -ասաց Թրամփը Էրդողանի հետ երկկողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
