ՀԱՊԿ-ը պլանավորում է 2021-ին բանակցություններ սկսել ՄԱԿ-ում իր խաղաղապահներին ընդգրկելու հարցի շուրջ

ՀԱՊԿ-ն նախատեսում է մինչև տարվա վերջ ավարտել անհրաժեշտ իրավական աշխատանքը Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունում իր խաղաղապահներին ներառելու ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «ԲԵԼՏԱ»-ն, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը նշել է, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության խաղաղապահ ուժերի զարգացման հեռանկարային ուղղություններից մեկը նրանց մասնակցությունն է ՄԱԿ -ի հովանու ներքո իրականացվող գործողություններին:
«Մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել ՄԱԿ-ի քարտուղարության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից: Մենք այնտեղ աջակցություն ենք ստացել: Այժմ աշխատանքներ են տարվում մեր օրենսդրությունը միջազգային կազմակերպության չափանիշներին համապատասխան շտկելու ուղղությամբ: Կարծում եմ ՝ այս տարի կավարտենք իրավական աշխատանքը և հաջորդ տարի կսկսենք բանակցությունները ՄԱԿ-ում մեր խաղաղապահներին ընդգրկելու հարցի շուրջ»,- ասել է Զասը:
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր նպատակը միջազգային խաղաղության եւ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ամրապնդումն ու պահպանումն է ոչ թե ռազմական, այլ քաղաքական միջոցներով: Դրա համար կան լավ պատրաստված ստորաբաժանումներ, որոնք կարող են լուծել խաղաղապահական խնդիրներ, պայմաններ ստեղծել հակամարտող կողմերի զսպման, բանակցային գործընթացի մեկնարկի և ընդհանուր առմամբ խաղաղության հաստատման համար:
«Մեզ մոտ մշակվել է խաղաղապահ գործողությունների անցկացման համար անհրաժեշտ ողջ իրավական բազան և ձևավորվել են համապատասխան ուժեր և միջոցներ: ՀԱՊԿ-ում խաղաղապահ ուժերի ընդհանուր թվաքանակը կազմում է 3,6 հազար մարդ մասնակից երկրներից: Նրանք լավ պատրաստված են, այդ ստորաբաժանումների զինծառայողների մեծ մասը խաղաղապահ գործողություններին մասնակցելու փորձ ունեն», – հավելել է Ստանիսլավ Զասը :
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը նաեւ ընդգծել է, որ այժմ օրակարգում դրված չէ ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահների ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ընդգրկելու հարցը:
