Թուրք լրագրող և քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ուզայ Բուլութը Modern diplomacy կայքում հրապարակված իր հոդվածում անդրադարձել է Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմին՝ հայտնելով, որ եկել է ժամանակը, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհը ճանաչի Արցախի Հանրապետությունը։

«Ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորել է ոչ միայն քաղաքները, ներառյալ՝ Ստեփանակերտը, այլև հայկական մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգությունը: Հոկտեմբերի 8-ին Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորել է հոգևոր տաճար Ղազանչեցոց եկեղեցին, որը տեղակայված է Շուշիում: Ղազանչեցոցն ամենամեծ հայկական եկեղեցիներից է աշխարհում»,- գրել է Բուլութը։

Անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծած պատերազմում Թուքիայի մասնակցությանը՝ հեղինակը մեջբերել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ հոկտեմբերի 6-ի ելույթը, որի ժամանակ վերջինս հայտարարել է․ «Մենք աջակցում ենք Ադրբեջանին մինչև հաղթանակ։ Ես ասում եմ իմ ադրբեջանցի եղբայրներին՝ թող ձեր «Ղազվա»-ն օրհնվի»։

««Ղազվա»-ն իսլամում նշանակում է պայքար կամ հարձակում ոչ մուսուլմանների դեմ ՝ մուսուլմանական տարածքն ընդլայնելու կամ ոչ մուսուլմաններին մահմեդական դարձնելու նպատակով: Այսպիսով, Էրդողանը բացահայտ հայտարարել է, որ հայկական տարածքի վրա հարձակումները ջիհադ են։ Ավելին, ոչ միայն Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը են հարձակվում հայերի վրա։ Թուրքիան Ադրբեջան է ուղարկել նաև առնվազն 1000 սիրիացի ջիհադականների՝ Արցախի դեմ պայքարելու համար»,- ընդգծում է նա։

Թուրք լրագրողի խոսքով՝ «Արցախի վրա Ադրբեջանի շարունակվող հարձակումը Թուրքիայի նեոօսմանական էքսպանսիոնիստական նկրտումների մի մասն է։ Վերջին տարիներին թուրքական կառավարությունն ուժեղացրել է նեոօսմանիզմի և նվաճումների իր հռետորաբանությունը»։

«Թուրքական և ադրբեջանական հարձակումները հայերի վրա արդարացում չունեն։ Արցախը, որի բնակչությունը 95 տոկոսով բաղկացած է հայերից, խաղաղասեր է և հազարամյակներ շարունակ պատմական Հայաստանի անբաժանելի մասն է: Այն երբեք չի եղել անկախ Ադրբեջանի մաս։ Արցախը դարեր շարունակ եղել է տարբեր նվաճողների իշխանության ներքո, բայց հիմնականում պահպանել է իր կիսանկախ կարգավիճակը»,- գրում է նա։

Ինչպես ընդգծում է հոդվածի հեղինակը, «արցախա-ադրբեջանական վեճը պետք է դիտարկել հայերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ավելի լայն քաղաքականության պատմական համատեքստում։ Պատմության ամբողջ ընթացքում այդ երկու ժողովուրդները չեն ճանաչել հայերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, հաճախ են դիմել մարդասպան բռնությունների»:

«Հարավային Կովկասում առկա խնդիրն ավելի լայն է, քան տարածքային խնդիրը։ Հիմնականում դա պայմանավորված է հայերի հանդեպ թուրք-ադրբեջանական մոլուցքով։ Բռնությունը և ավերածությունները կասեցնելու արդյունավետ միջոցն այն է, որ աշխարհը պաշտոնապես ճանաչի Արցախի Հանրապետությունը, որի պաշտպանության համար բնիկ հայերն ամբողջ պատմության ընթացքում այդքան զոհ են տվել»,- եզրափակում է թուրք լրագրողը։
