Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ

Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի հետ:
Զրույցի գլխավոր թեման Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրադրությունն էր:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը կրակի դադարեցման և այդ ռեժիմի ամրապնդման շուրջ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների հոկտեմբերի 10-ի համատեղ հայտարարության կյանքի կոչմանը՝ միաժամանակ խորը մտահոգություն հայտնելով ադրբեջանական կողմի՝ սեփական պարտավորությունների չկատարման և Արցախի ողջ տարածքում խաղաղ բնակավայրերի թիրախավորման առնչությամբ։
Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ այս գործողությունները ուղեկցվում են միջազգային մարդասիրական և սովորույթային իրավունքի բազմաթիվ նորմերի խախտումներով՝ հերթական անգամ ընդգծելով Արցախի ժողովրդի գոյութենական անվտանգության ապահովման առաջնահերթությունը՝ իր պատմական հայրենիքում ազատ և անվտանգ ապրելու իրավունքի լիարժեք իրացման և ճանաչման միջոցով:
Նախարարն առանձնահատուկ ընդգծեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի սադրիչ ոտնձգությունների անթույլատրելիությունը:
Նախարար Մնացականյանը խորը մտահոգություն արտահայտեց միջազգային զինյալ ահաբեկիչներին հակամարտության գոտում տեղակայելու ճանապարհով Ադրբեջանին անվերապահորեն աջակցելու Թուրքիայի ծավալապաշտական քաղաքականության առնչությամբ, ընդգծելով, որ Ադրբեջանի՝ միջազգային ահաբեկչության կենտրոն վերածվելու անդառնալի միտումը սպառնալիք է ՀԱՊԿ պատասխանատվության տարածաշրջանի համար:
Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը մշտապես գնահատում է ռազմական իրավիճակը և դրանից բխող քայլերը՝ նկատի ունենալով նաև ՀԱՊԿ կանոնակարգային գործընթացներ նախաձեռնելու հնարավորությունը:
Նախարարը Գլխավոր քարտուղարին հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանը շարունակելու է ստեղծված իրավիճակի և Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքների մասին մշտապես տեղեկացնել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը և դրա անդամ երկրներին:
