«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ինչպես գրել էինք, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը երեկ որոշում է կայացրել որպես Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ առաջադրել Լիլիթ Թադեւոսյանի թեկնածությունը, որը նախկին դատախազ Զելիմ Թադեւոսյանի դուստրն է, որը հանդիսացել է 2008 թվականի «Մարտի 1»-ի մի շարք գործերով մեղադրող դատախազը: Սակայն վերջինս դեռ պետք է արժանանա ՀՀ ԱԺ-ի հավանությանը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին ներքին իրավիճակից մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել:
Նկատենք՝ երեք դատավորներ՝ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, Արգիշտի Ղազարյանն ու Արսեն Գրիգորյանը, որոնք ցանկություն էին հայտնել Վճռաբեկ դատարան գնալ որպես դատավոր, ներքին քննարկումներ են ունեցել եւ հասկացել, որ Ազգային ժողովի իշխող ուժի կողմից ընտրվելու պարագայում իրենք, այսպես ասած, պարտավորություններ են ունենալու հենց իշխող ուժի հանդեպ:
Այսինքն՝ հետագայում իշխող խմբակցության պատգամավորները կարող են այդ դատավորներից պահանջել մեղմ վերաբերվել իրենց հետ կապվող քրեական գործերի առնչությամբ, եւ ստացվում է՝ անկախ դատավորները Վճռաբեկ գնալու պարագայում ԱԺ-ից կախված կլինեն ու, հետեւաբար, կողմնակալ: Եվ այս պարագայում նրանցից շատերը ասել են, որ չեն ցանկանում առաջադրվել որպես Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավոր»:
