Իսպանիայի Կոնգրեսի 21 պատգամավոր և 15 սենատոր կոչ են արել ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը

Իսպանիայի Կոնգրեսի 21 պատգամավոր և 15 սենատոր Հայաստանի և Արցախի նկատմամբ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան դատապարտող համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել: Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հայտնել է ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը տեղադրել է նաև հայտարարության տեքստը՝ իսպաներեն։
Հայտարարությունում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Սեպտեմբերի 7-ից Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուերը Թուրքիայից եկած ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ ագրեսիվ պատերազմ է սկսել Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ։
Ադրբեջանի մասշտաբային զինված հարձակումն Արցախի Հանրապետության վրա ուղեկցվում է միջազգային մարդասիրական նորմերի լուրջ խախտումներով։ Մասնավորապես, թուրք-ադրբեջանական զինված խմբավորումները դիտավորյալ ռմբակոծում են քաղաքները, ավանները, քաղաքացիական օբյեկտները Արցախում, որպեսզի վախեցնեն եւ ոչնչացնեն խաղաղ բնակչությանը։ Տուժել են ոչ միայն խաղաղ բնակիչներ, այլեւ լրագրողներ։
Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին մենք տեսել ենք Հայաստանի պաշտոնական աղբյոյւրներից ստացված լուսանկարներ, թե ինչպես է Թուրքիայի օդուժին պատկանող F-16 գրոհիչը, որը բազավորված է Գյանջայի օդանավակայանում, խոցել հայկական օդուժի «Սու-5»- կործանիչը, որը օդային տարածքի դիտարկում էր իրականացնում ՀՀ տարածքում։ Դա թուրքական միջամտության վառ օրինակ է։
Ադրբեջանական զորքերը կիրառել են կասետային ռումբեր եւ տարբեր տրամաչափի այլ զինատեսակներ, ինչը միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի լուրջ խախտում է։
Անտեսելով անմիջապես կրակը դադարեցնելուն ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների եւ միջազգային հանրության կոչերը եւ առաջնորդվելով հակամարտությունը ուժի օգնությամբ լուծելու նպատակով, Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան մինչ օրս շարունակում են ռազմական գործողությունները։
Մենք կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը ճանաչել Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, որպեսզի երաշխավորվի Արցախի քաղաքացիների ապրելու եւ խաղաղ զարգանալու իրավունքը։
Ներկա իրավիճակում Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչումը միակ գործող մեխանիզմն է վերականգնելու համար տարածաշրջանի խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը։ Դրա համար մենք դիմում ենք Իսպանիայի Կոնգրեսին ու Սենատին, որը որոշակի կշիռ ունի միջազգային հանրության մեջ, որպեսզի միասնության կոչ անեն բոլոր ժողովրդավարների, իրավապաշտպաններին՝ կանխելու համար մարդկության դեմ ուղղված նոր հանցագործությունները։
Մենք վճռականորեն դատապարտում ենք Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի դեմ, հատկապես Արցախում բնակչության եւ քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների ռմբահարումները, ինչպես նաեւ Թուրքիայի միջամտությունը եւ Սիրիյից ու Լիբիայից վարձկանների մասնակցություը, ինչն արդեն հաստատված փաստ է»։
