Կրկին նավ ուղարկելով Հունաստանի բացառիկ տնտեսական գոտի՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանն ապացուցել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել նրա դեմ, News.am-ի փոխանցմամբ, գրում է Washington Examiner-ը.
«Բացարձակ ակնհայտ է, որ Էրդողանն իր գործողություններով Եվրամիությանը ստիպում է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել: Թուրքիան կրկին Oruc Reis հետախուզական նավն ուղարկել է Միջերկրական ծովի վիճելի տարածք: Խոստովանելով, որ Թուրքիայի գործողություններն անհամատեղելի են Հունաստանի ինքնիշխան իրավունքների հետ՝ Եվրամիությունը սպառնացել է պաատժամիջոցներ սահմանել: Սակայն այդ նոր քայլը ցույց է տալիս, որ Էրդողանը որոշել է կրկնապատկել էսկալացիան:
Էրդողանը հավատում է, որ նա կարող է ապօրինաբար խափանել եվրոպական անվտանգությունը: Ինչպես հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության նկատմամբ իր քաղաքականության դեպքում, Էրդողանը Հունաստանի հետ կոնֆլիկտը դիտարկում է որպես իր շահերն առաջ տանելու միջոց:
Թուրք ազգայնականների կողմից ատելի Հունաստանը եզակի հնարավորություն է Էրդողանի համար: Նա, կարծես, օգտագործել է այդ ճգնաժամի դիվանագիտական բանաձեւի հավակնությունը, որպեսզի Հունաստանն ու ԵՄ-ն հայտնվեն հուսահատ փոխզիջման պատրաստ եւ փոխադարձաբար թույլ:
Էրդողանին չպետք է թույլ տրվի հաջողության հասնել այդ գամբիտում:
Թույլ տալ, որպեսզի նրա կայսերական գամբիտը հաջողության հասնի, կնշանակի ընդունել, որ եվրոպական տարածքային անձեռնմխելիությունն այլեւս նշանակություն չունի: Այդ սրբազան սկզբունքը պահպանելու համար տեղի ունեցավ երկու սարսափելի պատերազմ եւ սառը պատերազմ: Եվ սկզբունքը պետք է պահպանել:
Ի վերջո, քարտեզի վրա դրված է շատ ավելին, քան Էրդողանի ապակայունացնող գործունեությունն է: Եթե նրան թույլ տրվի անվերահսկելիորեն գործել՝ Արեւմուտքը նոր ագրեսիա կսադրի ոչ միայն Էրդողանի, այլ նաեւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի կողմից: Այստեղ հարկ է նշել, որ Պուտինը Միջերկրական ծովում իրավիճակը դիտարկում է որպես ՆԱՏՕ-ի հարավային թեւը վնասելու միջոց:
Իր հերթին, Եվրամիություն այժմ պետք է օպերատիվորեն պատժամիջոցներ կիրառի Էրդողանի նկատմամբ: ԵՄ-ն պետք է ստանա բացահայտ ամերիկյան աջակցություն: Մինչ ԱՄՆ-ը ռազմավարական կարեւոր շահ ունի Թուրքիայի հետ իր դաշինքը պահպանելու հարցում, դա չի կարող լինել եվրոպական անվտանգության հաշվին: Դա չի կարող լինել նաեւ ամերիկյան մեկ այլ դաշնակցի՝ Հունաստանին զոհաբերելու գնով: Անկասկած, ԱՄՆ-ը եւ ԵՄ-ն զգալի տարաձայնություններ ունեն: Սակայն ինչպես Չինաստանի եւ Հարավչինական ծովի դեպքում, այնպես էլ Միջերկրական ծովի ծովային կայունությունը պետք է պահպանվի:
