«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն անդրադարձել էր Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մեխանիզմներին: Լավրովի հարցազրույցը տարբեր վերլուծությունների և արձագանքների առիթ դարձավ: «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում «Ոսկանապատ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Հովսեփ Բաբայանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը պարզապես բացեց «առարկայական բանակցություններ» ասվածը, որը ենթադրում է թեկուզև մինչ այս հայտնի երկու կոմբինացիաները. տարածքների զիջում, խաղաղապահների տեղակայում, իսկ Արցախի կարգավիճակն էլ թողնվելու էր հաջորդ փուլին կամ հետագային: «Լավրովն ասաց այն, ինչ այսօր կա սեղանին:
Մեծ հաշվով, պարզ դարձավ, թե այս վերջին բանակցություններն ինչի շուրջ են: Բացի այդ, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուղերձով հանդես եկավ: Ն. Փաշինյանի խոսքից պարզ է դառնում, որ հայկական կողմը համաձայն չէ այդ տարբերակին, որին համաձայն է Ադրբեջանը: Հիմա այնպիսի իրավիճակ է, որ բանակցային սեղանին մենք այս առումով դժվարություններ ունենք. այսինքն, նեկայացված ճանապարհային քարտեզը մեզ համար ընդունելի չէ, որովհետև այն չի ապահովելու ո՛չ մեզ համար ցանկալի կարգավիճակը, ո՛չ էլ երկարաժամկետ խաղաղությունը:
Սա, իհարկե, դժվարացնում է մեր գործը: Հիմա ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը ինչ-որ մի բաղադրիչով մենակ են մնացել թե՛ միջնորդների, թե՛ ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի առաջ, որովհետև, փաստացի, իրեցն ասածները համընկնում են Ադրբեջանի ուզածին: Եզրակացնելով թե՛ Ն. Փաշինյանի, թե՛ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքերից, մենք պատրաստվում կամ առնվազն չենք խուսափում երկարաժամեկտ պատերազմից մինչև այն կետը, որտեղ դիվանագիտությամբ ու բանակցություններով մեզ համար քաղաքական ձեռնտու իրավիճակ կստեղծվի»,-ասաց Բաբայանը:
