Թե՛ միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներում, թե՛ տարբեր ուժային կենտրոններից գնալով հաճախակի են հնչում հաստատումներ և փաստեր, որ Թուրքիան Արցախի դեմ պատերազմելու համար Ադրբեջան է ուղարկել մեծ քանակությամբ վարձկան-ահաբեկիչներ։ Տարածաշրջանում ահաբեկչական խմբերի առկայությունը սկսել է մտահոգել տարբեր պետությունների։ Ակնհայտ է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը ներկայումս դարձել է ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի առաջամարտիկ:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, անընդհատ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում ահաբեկիչների բավական մեծ քանակով սպանվելու մասին: Մյուս կողմից, տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներ հայտնում են, որ սիրիացի վարձկաններն այս օրերին արդեն հրաժարվում են մեկնել Ադրբեջան, քանի որ այնտեղ գտնվող նրանց «գաղափարակից եղբայրները» տեղեկություններ են փոխանցել, որ Ադրբեջան բերված ահաբեկիչները կա՛մ ոչնչացված են, կա՛մ այնպիսի վիճակում են, որ որևէ գործողության այլևս պիտանի չեն և ոչնչացվածի «հաշիվ» են։

Այդուամենայնիվ, Թուրքիան շարունակում է ջանքերը՝ ահաբեկչական այլ խմբեր տեղափոխելու համար, ինչը նշանակում է, որ, բացի ահաբեկչական խմբերի մնացորդներից, նորանոր վարձկաններ են տարածվում տարածաշրջանում՝ վտանգ ներկայացնելով ոչ միայն Արցախի ու Հայաստանի, այլև տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրների համար: Ի դեպ, ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները երեկ հայտնեցին, որ ահաբեկիչների հետ կնքում են կես տարվա պայմանագիր:
