Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարցազրույց է տվել Reuters գործակալությանը, որի մասին հոդվածը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեքշաբթի ասաց, որ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշման փոփոխությունը կարող է դրդել Ադրբեջանին դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները:

Բայց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության շուրջ շաբաթ օրը Մոսկվայում ձեռք բերված հրադադարի մասին համաձայնությունից հետո կայացած իր առաջին հարցազրույցում նա չնշեց գեթ մեկ ազդակ առ այն, որ Անկարայի դիրքորոշումը փոփոխության էր ենթարկվել:

Խոսելով խորհրդային ժամանակների ժառանգություն հանդիսացող և Երևանի կենտրոնում գտնվող Կառավարության շենքում՝ Փաշինյանը Թուրքիային մեղադրեց հրադադարի ռեժիմը վիժեցնելու և իր ծավալապաշտական նկրտումերին համահունչ Հարավային Կովկաս թափանցելու փորձ կատարելու մեջ:

«Համոզված եմ, որ քանի դեռ Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել, Ադրբեջանը չի դադարեցնելու ռազմական գործողությունները», - ասաց Փաշինյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետը նաև ասաց, որ մինչև հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրի ընդունումը Թուրքիան արդեն հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը չպետք է դադարեցնի ռազմական գործողությունները: Իսկ համաձայնագրի ընդունումից հետո տեղի ունեցավ Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի զանգը Ադրբեջան, որը, ըստ էության, հրահանգ էր՝ ոչ մի դեպքում չհամարձակվել դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները:

«Թուրքիան Հարավային Կովկաս է եկել՝ շարունակելու իր այն քաղաքականությունը, որը նա վարում է Միջերկրական տարածաշրջանում, Հունաստանի նկատմամբ, Կիպրոսի նկատմամբ, Լիբիայում, Սիրիայում, Իրաքում: Դա էքսպանսիոնիստական քաղաքականություն է:

Հայտնի են Թուրքիայի էքսպանսիոնիստական պլանները դեպի հյուսիս, դեպի արևելք և դեպի հարավ-արևելք, և խնդիրն այն է, որ Հարավային Կովկասում հայերը վերջին խոչընդոտն են՝ այդ էքսպանսիոնիստական քաղաքականությունը վարելու ճանապարհին: Եվ հիմա Թուրքիան ամենևին էլ Ղարաբաղի հարց չի լուծում: Թուրքիան փորձում է շարունակել հայերի ցեղասպանության իր քաղաքականությունը, որովհետև Հարավային Կովկասում Հայաստանը և հայությունը վերջին խոչընդոտն են նրա էքսպանսիայի ճանապարհին՝ դեպի հյուսիս, դեպի արևելք և դեպի հարավ-արևելք», - ասաց Փաշինյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետը կրկնեց՝ Թուրքիան շարունակում է Օսմանյան կայսրության 20-րդ դարասկզբի քաղաքականությունը, ինչը նա որակեց որպես Հայոց ցեղասպանության շարունակություն:

«Ամբողջ Հարավային Կովկասը կդառնա Սիրիա, և այդ կրակը կտարածվի դեպի հյուսիս, դեպի հարավ՝ շատ արագ, գործնականում ամիսների ընթացքում և ավելի երկարաժամկետ՝ դեպի արևելք», - ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը»:
