Ո՞վ առաջինը կճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը

Արցախում ընթացող ռազմական գործողությունների ֆոնին շարունակվում է օրակարգում մնալ Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչման հարցը: Պետք է նշել, որ այս երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում որոշ առաջընթաց է նկատվում այս առումով; Մասնավորապես՝ ԱՄՆ Միչիգան նահանգի Սենատը ընդունել է բանաձև, որով կոչ է արել Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահին և Կոնգրեսին ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը, ինչպես նաև տնտեսական և մշակութային կապեր հաստատել Արցախի հետ և աջակցել խաղաղությանն ու կայունությանը Հարավային Կովկասում:
Բացի այդ էլ՝ Ֆրանսիայի Ալֆորվիլի քաղաքային խորհուրդը միաձայն քվեարկել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչման օգտին: Այս մասին Թվիթերյան իր էջում գրում է Ալֆորվիլի փոխքաղաքապետ Գարո Խաչիկյանը: Փոխքաղաքապետի հաղորդմամբ` խորհուրդը որոշել է նաև Ալֆորվիլի կողմից ֆինանսական աջակցություն տրամադրել Արցախի հայ բնակչությանը:
Հայաստանում նաև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով քննարկվում է, թե օրինակ՝ որ երկրները կարող են առաջինը ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը: Նշվում են ՌԴ-ն և Ֆրանսիան: Ինչ խոսք, երկու դեպքում էլ դա իրատեսական է, քանի որ երկուսն էլ ՀՀ դաշնակից պետություններ են: Միակ բարդությունն այն է, որ երկուսն էլ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի անդամ են և համանախագահ պետութուններ:
Սակայն, այս հանգամանքը կարող է վերանալ, եթե ՌԴ-ն կամ Ֆրանսիան դուրս գան Մինսկի խմբից և անեն վճռական քայլը: Եթե Ֆրանսիայի դեպքում տարածաշրջանային շահերը և հետաքրքրությունները այդքան վառ արտահայտված չեն, ապա ՌԴ վերաբերյալ նույնը ասել, իհարկե, չենք կարող: Ռուսաստանի շահերը, ինչ խոսք, մի փոքր բարդացնում են ՌԴ կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման հավանականությունը: Ռուսական կողմը չի գնա այդ քայլին առնվազն մինչ հայկական կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչումը: Մյուս կողմից՝ ՌԴ-ից եղել են բավական ուշագրավ մեսիջներ: Տավուշի ուղղությամբ դիվերսիոն փորձից հետո ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան հայտարաությամբ էր հադես եկել, որի մեջ նա օգտագործել էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն եզրույթը: Բորդյուժայի հայտարարությունը տարածվեց նաև մամուլում, որն էլ ավելի նյարդայնացրեց Իլհամ Ալիևին.:
Սակայն չմոռանանք, որ կա ևս մեկ խաղացող, ում կողմից Արցախի հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումը չի կարելի բացառել. դա Իրանն է: Տարածաշրջանում Իսրայելի դիրքերի ամրապնդմանը հակազդելու միջոցներից մեկն էլ Թեհրանի համար հենց այդ քայլը կարող է դառնալ: Իրանը վարում է անչափ ճկուն քաղաքականություն և եթե Իրանին պետք լինի ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը , ապա նա կգնա այդ քայլին՝ չնայելով Բաքվի կողմը:
