Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ռուսական համայնքը ուղերձ է հղել Վլադիմիր Պուտինին

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ռուսական համայնքի ղեկավար Գալինա Սոմովան ուղերձ է հղել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։ Ուղերձում նշված է` Արցախի ռուսական համայնքն ակնկալում է, որ Ռուսաստանը վճռական քայլեր կանի, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանին պարտադրի խաղաղություն ապահովել Արցախում։
«Մեծարգո Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրովիչ, թույլ մի տվեք Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային իրագործել իրենց սև գործը՝ Ցեղասպանությունը, ոչնչացնել մեզ՝ Ղարաբաղի քրիստոնյաներիս․․․ Ամեն ժամ սպասում ենք, որ Ռուսաստանը վճռական քայլերով կստիպի Ադրբեջանին խաղաղություն ապահովել Ղարաբաղում, և ղարաբաղյան խնդիրն արդար լուծում կունենա», - գրել է Սոմովան։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանն ահաբեկիչների որջ է դարձել, ու դա ուղղակի սպառնալիք է Ռուսաստանի համար։ Սոմովան Արցախում ապրող 1500 հայրենակիցների անունից աղաչում է Պուտինին շտապ դադարեցնել սարսափելի պատերազմը, որը սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանը դավադրաբար սանձազերծեց ընդդեմ Ղարաբաղի։ Նա նշել է, որ չնայած Մոսկվայում հոկտեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված հրադադարի վերաբերյալ որոշմանը, Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ շարունակում է ռազմական գործողությունները, որոնց հետևանքով խաղաղ բնակչությունն է մահանում։
«Գիտեմ, որ վերջերս ռուս զինվորականները ոչնչացրել են Ադրբեջանի՝ Ղարաբաղի դեմ կռվելու համար ահաբեկիչներ պատրաստելու կենտրոնները Սիրիայում։ Սակայն ահաբեկիչներն արդեն կռվում են Ղարաբաղում։ Ադրբեջանն ահաբեկիչների օջախ է դարձել։ Նրանց պետք է վերացնել արդեն Ադրբեջանում, քանի որ դա ուղղակի սպառնալիք է Ռուսաստանի համար։ Արցախն այսօր դիմակայում է այդ սարսափելի սպառնալիքին», - գրել է Սոմովան։
Նրա խոսքով` դա սարսափելի վտանգ է նաև Արցախում ապրող ռուսների համար, որոնց շարքում անօգնական մարդիկ կան։ Հարևան տներից մեկի նկուղում կաթվածահար վիճակում պառկած է 1940 թվականին ծնված Նինա Կուզովան, որին չեն կարող տեղափոխել Երևան։
Սոմովան հիշեցրել է, որ ռուսները Ղարաբաղում են հայտնվել ռուսական զորքերի ազատագրման ժամանակներից, երբ ղարաբաղյան մելիքները Պետրոս Մեծին խնդրել են քրիստոնյա հայ ժողովրդին պաշտպանել պարսկական ճնշումներից։1861 թվականին Ալեքսանդր II ցարը եղել է Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում ռուսական ուղղափառ եկեղեցու օծման արարողությանը։ Դրա մասին են վկայում նաև Շուշիի ռուսական գերեզմանոցները։
Այնպես որ Ալիևի ու Էրդողանի պնդումները, թե Ղարաբաղը ադրբեջանական հող է, սուտ են, ինչպես նաև այն, որ Ղարաբաղի հայերը ագրեսոր են և օկուպանտ։
«Մենք վախենալու բան ունենք: Մենք հայերի հետ արդեն վերապրել ենք 20 հազար հայերի կոտորածը 1920-ի մարտին Շուշիում, 1988-ի Սումգայիթը, ապա Բաքուն, Կիրովաբադը, Մարաղան և այլ ողբերգությունները, քանի որ այդ ժամանակ ռուսները ևս վտարվեցին ու սպանվեցին: Առավել ևս, որ հիմա մեր դեմ պատերազմին միացել են նաև Ռուսաստանում արգելված արմատական իսլամիստական կազմակերպությունների ահաբեկիչները»,- գրել է Սոմովան։
