Հրադադարի պայմանավորվածության ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը սպանել է առնվազն հինգ քաղաքացիական անձի։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ԱՀ ՄԻՊ-ը։
Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Հրադադարի պայմանավորվածության ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը սպանել է առնվազն հինգ քաղաքացիական անձի
Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք առաքելության շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ հոկտեմբերի 10-ի ժամը 12:00-ից՝ հրադադարի պայմանավորվածության ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից սպանվել է Արցախի առնվազն 5 քաղաքացիական անձ:
Մասնավորապես, հոկտեմբերի 10-ի կեսօրին Հադրութ քաղաք ներխուժած դիվերսիոն խմբի անդամները գնդակահարել են առնվազն չորս քաղաքացիական անձի՝ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող Միշա Մովսիսյանին, նրա մորը՝ Անահիտ Մովսիսյանին, Նվեր Գրիգորյանին եւ Արտյոմ Միրզոյանին: Կան նախնական տվյալներ, որ Հադրութում քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում առկա են այլ զոհեր եւս. հանգամանքները դեռեւս պարզվում են:
Օրվա վերջին եւ գիշերվա ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը հրթիռահրետանային հարվածներ են հասցրել Ստեփանակերտի, Մարտունու, Շուշիի եւ այլ բնակավայրերի բնակելի հատվածներին: Դրանց հետեւանքով Մարտունի քաղաքում իր տան փլատակների տակ սպանվել է 75-ամյա Պարգեւ Սաղյանը, իսկ Շոշ գյուղում վիրավորվել է մեկ 65-ամյա կին:
Ադրբեջանական հրթիռահրետանային թիրախային հարվածների հետեւանքով տարբեր բնակավայրերում էականորեն վնասվել են նաեւ բնակելի տներ ու ենթակառուցվածքներ: Ստեփանակերտի վնասված տներից մեկի տարածք այցի ընթացքում Պաշտպանը գտել է միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքով արգելված «Սմերչ» կասետային հրթիռի մնացորդներ, որոնք պարբերաբար ու լայնորեն կիրառվում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հոկտեմբերի 10-ի երեկոյան հրապարակել է Արցախի բնակչության հանդեպ ադրբեջանական վայրագությունների վերաբերյալ երկրորդ միջանկյալ զեկույցը, որի բովանդակությանը կարելի է ծանոթանալ հետեւյալ հղմամբ՝
