Հրադադար հայտարարելուց ժամեր առաջ հակառակորդի գործողություններն ավելի սաստկացել են, ուժգնացել են, բայց մեր ԶՈՒ-ն հետ են մղել բոլոր առաջխաղացումները: Այս պահի դրությամբ հիմնականում հրադադարը պահպանվում է` չնայած նրան, որ առանձին տեղերում պրովոկացիաներ իրականացվել են, և մեր կողմից պրովոկացիաներին պատասխան տրվել է: Այս մասին ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Մինչև հրադադար հայտարարելը Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ-ի հետախուզադիվերսիոն ստորաբաժանումներից փոքր խմբեր փորձել են ներթափանցել Հադրութ քաղաք, և այդ ընթացքում` հրադադարից հետո, մենք այդ խմբերին չեզոքացրել ենք: Ընթացել են ոչ մեծ մասշտաբային մարտեր: Այս մասին ՊԲ-ն լրացուցիչ հայտարարեց, և հստակ նշվեց, որ պրովոկացիան կատարվել է մինչև հրադադարը այն հաշվարկով, որ հրադադարը հայտարարելուց հետո որպես փաստ արդեն արձանագրված լինի»,- ասաց նա:
