Ադրբեջանի համար այդքան հեշտ չի լինելու ստանձնած պարտավորությունը խախտել, որովհետև դրանք վերցրել է միջազգային հանրության առջև: ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ հոկտեմբերի 10-ի ժամը 12:00-ից մարդասիրական նպատակներով կրակի դադարեցման մասին համաձայնությունը խախտելուն:

«Թեև ֆորմալ առումով Ռուսաստանն էր ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման նախաձեռնողը, սակայն այն միջազգային հանրության պահանջն էր, որը մոդեռատորի գործը վստահել էր Ռուսատանի Արտգործնախարարին: Ադրբեջանի մոտ իներցիոն գործողություններ կան. փորձում է շոշափել, թե որքանով են միջազգային հանրությունն ու Ռուսաստանը հետևողական լինելու իրենց ստանձնած միջամտությանը: Հույս ունեմ՝ վերջիններս Ադրբեջանին կստիպեն իր ստանձնած պարտավորությունները կատարել»,- ասաց նա: 

Հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք  Ադրբեջանի այս պահվածքը նշանակում է հաշվի չառնել Մոսկվայում պայմանավորվածությունը, զրոյացնել 11 ժամ տևած աշխատանքները, քաղտեխնոլոգը նշեց. «Անշուշտ, Ադրբեջանը այս քայլով շոշափում է Մոսկվայի վճռականությունը, տրամադրվածությունը: Չեմ կարծում, թե Ադրբեջանին երկար ժամանակ կհաջողվի Մոսկվայի համբերությունը չարաշահել»: 

Արդյոք Ադրբեջանը հասկացավ, որ հրադադարի որոշմանը համաձայնելը ադրբեջանական կողմի համար հետքայլ էր և պարունակում էր պարտության տարրեր՝ հարցին ի պատասխան Հակոբյանն ասաց՝ Ադրբեջանը իր վիճակը չի գնահատում պարտված` դատելով իր քաղաքական ղեկավարների հայտարարություններից, ինքը համարում է, որ ավարտել է պատերազմի առաջին փուլը. «Ես ևս համարում եմ, որ պատերազմը դեռ չի ավարտվել և այսօր գնահատել ինչ-որ մեկը պարտած է կամ հաղթած՝ ժամանակավրեպ է: Պատերազմի ժամանակ այդպիսի զինադադարներ լինում են և պետք է նույն ոգով տրամադրված լինենք, որ ցանկացած րոպեի նորից սկսելու են կրակել, հատկապես որ հրադադարը անժամկետ է: Հետևաբար, չպետք է մեզ խաբենք, թե Ադրբեջանը համարում է ինքը պարտվել է, դրա համար է գնացել հրադադարի և պատրաստ լինենք պատերազմը շարունակելու, քանի որ, ցավոք, սրտի այն դեռ չի ավարտվել»,- նշեց Հակոբյանը:

Ըստ քաղտեխնոլոգի՝ հրադադարին հաջորդող գործընթացները կարող են լինել ակտիվ ռազմական գործողությունների, բանակցությունների վերսկսումը: Նրա խոսքով՝ հրադադարին զուգահեռ առաջիկա օրերին սկսելու են բավականին ծանր և լրջագույն բանակցություներ, որտեղ հայկական դիվանագիտությունը պետք է կարողանա լուրջ մարտեր տանել՝ փորձելով ամրապնդել այն ձեռքբերումները, որոնք ունեցավ մեր բանակը:
