Ժամանակավոր դադարը խաբուսիկ է: Այս մասին Արցախի Հանրապետությունից իր ռեպորտաժում ներկայացրեց «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ հաղորդավար Աբրահամ Գասպարյանը:  Աբրահամ Գասպարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ այսօր ուժի մեջ է մտել հումանիտար հրադադարը, որի ընթացքում պետք է ադրբեջանական և հայկական կողմերը փոխանակեին դիակներն ու գերիները: Սա որոշվել էր Ռուսաստանում՝ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների քննարկման արդյունքում:

 

Վերլուծելով իրավիճակը՝ հաղորդավարը նշեց, որ մեր բանահյուսության մեջ կա մի արտահայտություն. «թուրքի պարանի վրա երբեք լվացք չեն փռում, թուրքին երբեք պետք չէ հավատալ»: Հետհայաց նետելով մոտ 100 տարի առաջվա պատմությանը՝հաղորդավարը նշեց, որ մոտ 100 տարի առաջ այս օրերին տեղի էր ունենում հայ-թուրքական պատերազմ, սակայն Թուրքիան մինչ այսօր արդունքի չի հասել և ծանր կացության մեջ է, քանի որ այս տարի ընթացքում պատերազմել է տարբեր երկրների հետ, փաստաթղթեր են ստորագրվել, սակայն այդ երկիրը որևէ փաստաթղթի կարևորություն չի տալիս, քանի որ հավատում է նեոօսմանական քաղաքականությանը, որը պետք է իրականացնի մինչև 2023 թվականը:

Ըստ նրա՝ այն նպատակները, որոնք ունի Թուրքիայի նախագահը, այսօր փորձում է կատարել Ադրբեջանի ձեռքով: «Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան որոշում ընդունելու իրավասությունը Թուրքիան վաղուց խլել է՝ ավելի քան 15 տարի: Բոլոր գործողությունները գնում են նրան, որ պետք է Իրանի և հայկական երկու պետությունների սահմանի երկայնքը գնալով նեղացնել, փախստականներին հետագայում բերել այստեղ, թափառաշրջիկի պես ապրեցնել և 20 տարի անց դեմոգրաֆիական գործում հաղթանակ տանել»:

 

«Մենք այստեղ մնացել ենք մեն-մենակ, մենք դաշնակիցներ որոնելու, պահելու խնդիր ունենք: Միակ հեղինակությունը, որը պահպանում է մեր և՛ արժանապատվությունը, և՛ տարածքները, և՛ ինքնիշխանությունը, հայոց բանակն է, բայց դիվանագիտությունն իր գործը պետք է անի, մենք կամուրջներ չպետք է քանդենք»,- ասաց նա և հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանի գործոնը մեծ է այս տարածաշրջանում, որից հրաժարվել պետք չէ:

Ըստ  հաղորդավարի՝ սա շատ ժամանակավոր հրադադար է, սա ուժերի վերակենտրոնացման, նորից ժամանակ շահելու և ավելի հուժկու հարվածի գնալու քաղաքականություն է. «Թուրքերն ու ադրբեջանցիներն օգտվելու են այս ժամանակահատվածից: Պատերազմը դեռ ընթանում է, չպետք է թուլանալ»:
