«Ոչ թալանին» շարժումն ամեն օրվա հետ ավելի կազմակերպված է դառնում, և դա հիմք է ստեղծում, որ շարժումն արդյունքներ բերի կոնկրետ պահանջի հարցում. նման տեսակետ հայտնեց «Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի» պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով նույնպես ցույցի վայրում է՝ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում:
Պատգամավորը չի կիսում այն տեսակետները, թե այս վիճակը երկրին վնասում է, ընդհակառակը, ըստ նրա՝ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության է:
Պատգամավորը նաև անդրադարձավ այն հարցին, թե արդյոք հավաքն անօրինական է, թե ոչ:
«Ասում են, թե հավաքն անց է կացվում ՀՀ օրենքի խախտմամբ, ես համաձայն չեմ, քանի որ «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» օրենքում մեկ դրույթ կա, ըստ որի՝ եթե նույնիսկ անցկացվում է օրենքով իրազեկումների կարգերի չպահպանումով, բայց բնույթով խաղաղ է, ոստիկանությունը պարտավոր է աջակցել, այսինքն՝ հավաքն օրինական է»,-ասաց նա:
Թե ինչո՞վ կբացատրի այն, որ ցույցի մասնակիցների թիվը մեծացել է, իսկ ոստիկանական շարքը մեկն է դարձել, Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Երեկ երբ եկանք այստեղ, լարումը շատ մեծ էր, և այդ լարումն էր կարևոր գործոնը, որ բերեց մեզ այստեղ այս կարգավիճակով։ Երեկվանից լարումը նվազել է ոստիկանություն և ցուցարարներ միջակայքում, և դա կարող է կապ ունենալ նաև դրա հետ: Ուրախ եմ, որ լարումը նվազել է, պետք է խաղաղ հավաք տեղի ունենա, որն ավելի ուժեղ է և նպատակաուղղված է իր առջև դրված խնդիրների լուծմանը»:
Իսկ թե ըստ նրա, արդյոք շարժման անդամները պետք է գնային Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպման, Փաշինյանը նախընտրեց այդ հարցին չպատասխանել:
«Ես շարժման անելիքների, որոշումների հետ կապված մեկնաբանություններից զերծ եմ մնում, դա քաղաքացիական շարժման մասնակիցների որոշելիքն է, ես այդտեղ ոչ հետաքրքրություն ունեմ, ոչ ասելիք, իհարկե կարծիք ունեմ, բայց չեմ արտահայտի, հարաբերության ճիշտ դրսևորումից դուրս չգալու համար»,-ասաց նա:
Իսկ թե ինչ պետք է արվի հետագայում արդյունքը մոտեցնելու համար, Փաշինյանը նշեց, թե շարունակությունը բովանդակության հարց է, և կազմակերպիչներն ու մասնակիցներն իրենք պետք է որոշեն:
«Բացի երեկվա մի քանի դրվագից, չէի ասի, որ որևէ սխալ է տեղի ունենում՝ օրինական, խաղաղ, քաղաքակիրթ հավաք է»,-նշեց նա:
