Հայաստանն ու Լյուքսեմբուրգը սերտացնում են համագործակցությունն օդային հաղորդակցության ոլորտում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսության միջև ստորագրվել է Օդային հաղորդակցությունների մասին միջկառավարական համաձայնագիր: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էկոնամիկայի նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, համաձայնագրով երկու պետությունների ավիաընկերություններին հնարավորություն է ընձեռնվում շահագործել երթուղիներÕ ¨  քաղաքացիական փոխադրումների համար՝օդի 5-րդ ազատության, իսկ բեռնային փոխադրումների համար` օդի 7-րդ ազատության իրավունքով (Air Services Agreement)։

Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը և Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսության Ենթակառուցվածքների և կայուն զարգացման նախարար Ֆրանսուա Բոշը:

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանի` Լյուքսեմբուրգ կատարված այցի շրջանակներում դեկտեմբերի 8-ին տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսության Ենթակառուցվածքների և կայուն զարգացման նախարար Ֆրանսուա Բոշի միջեւ:

Հանդիպմանը եվրոպական կողմից մասնակցելեն Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսության կառավարության գլխավոր խորհրդականներ Թոմ Վեիսգերբերը և ֆելիչի Վեիսկերը, իսկ հայկական կողմից` Եվրամիությունում ՀՀ առևտրական ներկայացուցիչ Վարոս Սիմոնյանը և ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության աշխատակազմի քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի քաղաքականության և տնտեսական կարգավորման վարչության պետ Աննա Չոբանյանը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ավիացիայի ոլորտում համագործակցության երկուստեք կարևորության հարցեր։

Ֆրանսուա Բոշը նշել է, որ լյուքսեմբուրգյան Կարգոլյուքսավիա ընկերությունը շատ հետաքրքրված է հայկական շուկայով և շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանին երկկողմ համագործակցության դաշտում կարգո փոխադրումների համար օդի ազատության  7 աստիճան տրամադրելու հարցում։ Վերջինս նշել է, որ Կարգոլյուքս ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է ներկայացնել համագործակցության ծրագիր։ Երկուստեք պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել կազմակերպել Կարգոլյուքս ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների այցը Հայաստան, որի ընթացքում, համապատասխան հանդիպումների և քննար կումների միջոցով, կքննարկվի համագործակցության ծրագիրը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ստորագրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսության միջև Օդային հաղորդակցությունների մասին միջկառավարական համաձայնագիր, որով երկու պետությունների ավիաընկրություններին հնարավորություն է ընձեռնվում շահագործել երթուղիները քաղաքացիական փոխադրումների համար՝օդի  5-րդ ազատության, իսկ բեռնային փոխադրումների համար՝օդի 7-րդ ազատության իրավունքով։
