Հաջորդ հինգշաբթի Վճռաբեկի նախագահ կընտրվի․ Խունդկարյանի «սրտի թեկնածուն» քրեական պալատի նախագահ Լիլիթ Թադևոսյանն է. «Հրապարակ»

«Հաջորդ հինգշաբթի Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի թեկնածուն կներկայացվի ԱԺ, և կկայանա ընտրություն։ 2018 թվականից վճռաբեկ դատարանը նախագահած Երվանդ Խունդկարյանն անցած ամիս հրաժարվեց այդ բարձր պաշտոնից՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու համար:

Վճռաբեկի նոր նախագահը, ըստ օրենքի, պետք է ընտրվի դատարանի կազմից՝ քրեական կամ քաղաքացիական պալատից, նախկին նախագահի հրաժարականից ոչ ուշ, քան մեկ ամիս անց։ Իսկ Խունդկարյանի դիմումը ԲԴԽ-ն ընդունել է սեպտեմբերի 18-ին։ Վճռաբեկ դատարանն այս պահին ունի 16 դատավոր:

Օրենքի համաձայն՝ նախագահի թեկնածու կարող են առաջադրվել դատարանում առնվազն 3 տարվա փորձառություն ունեցող, կարգապահական տույժ չունեցող և ԲԴԽ անդամ չհանդիսացող դատավորները: Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ 16 անդամից 14-ն առաջադրվել է, երկուսը չեն բավարարում օրենքի պահանջին։

Նրանք են Էդգար Սեդրակյանը և ԲԴԽ անդամ Ստեփան Միքայելյանը։ ԲԴԽ-ն առաջիկա օրերին փակ քվեարկություն կիրականացնի, որից հետո ընտրված թեկնածուին կներկայացնեն ԱԺ, ապա փակ քվեարկությամբ կընտրեն։

Նշենք, որ Խունդկարյանի սրտի թեկնածուն Վճռաբեկի քրեական պալատի նախագահ Լիլիթ Թադևոսյանն է։ Նա իրավաբանության դոկտոր է, 2008-ին եղել է «Յոթի գործով» դատախազներից մեկը։ Ուղիղ 12 տարի դատախազ է աշխատել»,-գրում է թերթը:
