«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ պաշտոնից ազատվել է ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը: Սա վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից երրորդ հրաժարականն է: Եվ եթե Արթուր Վանեցյանն ինքը հրաժարվեց շարունակել պաշտոնավարել, ապա և հստակ նշեց պատճառները, մասնավորաբար, «որոշումների տարերայնությունը, գործողությունների հախուռնությունը, առաջնայինը երկրորդականից, իսկ անցողիկը մնայունից չտարբերելու գործելաոճը» և այլն, ապա Քյարամյանի դեպքում ամեն ինչ առավել քան մշուշոտ է, առավել ևս, որ ազատումը կատարվում է պատերազմական փուլում: Ուշագրավ է , սակայն, որ այս ազատումը հաջորդել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գրառմանը, որ ինչ-որ մարդիկ գնացել, կռվող զինվորներին «համոզելով, նույնիսկ հրամայելով ստիպել են որոշ մարտական դիրքեր թողնել թշնամուն»:

Վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ ԱԱԾ-ում սկսվել է հետաքննություն, և «գործող գլխավոր անձանցից մեկը, որ Ստեփանակերտի բնակիչ է, հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է Երևանում»: Այս հայտարարությունը, մեղմ ասած, միանշանակ չընդունվեց սոցցանցերում: Մասնավորաբար, շատերը կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ եթե իրոք նման դեպքեր կան, ապա պետք է պարզապես հայտնաբերել ու պատժել, իսկ այս օրերին հայտարարելը հազիվ թե տեղին է, առավել ևս՝ զինվորների մասին հիշատակումով: Հավելենք, որ Փաշինյանը նաև քաղաքական ուղղորդման մասին ակնարկներ էր արել իր գրառման մեջ:
