ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մարտական գործողությունների գոտում և դրան հարակից շրջաններում տեղակայված ստորաբաժանումների զինծառայողներին, ինչպես նաև տվյալ տարածքներում գտնվող քաղաքացիական անձանց, կամավորներին ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնում է, որ կտրականապես արգելվում է բջջային հեռախոսներով կամ այլ սարքերով մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքը կամ դրանց հետևանքները տեսանկարահանելն ու համացանցում տարածելը։ Այս մասին հայտարարությունը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տարածել է ՊՆ խոսնակ Շուշան Ստեփանյանը:

 

«Հակառակորդը մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրում է համացանցում հայտնվող և մարտական գործողությունների հետ ցանկացած առնչություն ունեցող տեսանյութերը, որոնք, փաստացի, անմիջապես կարող են ուղղորդիչ դառնալ նրա կրակի համար, թիրախի վերածելով այն շրջանները, որտեղից մեր ուժերն իրականացնում են հաղթական գործողություններ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինուժը լայնածավալ հարձակում է սկսել Արցախում՝ թիրախավորելով նաև խաղաղ բնակչությանը։

 

Հոկտեմբերի 7-ի դրությամբ Արցախի զինուժը խոցել է հակառակորդի՝ 16 ուղղաթիռ, 17 ինքնաթիռ, 126 անօդաչու թռչող սարք, 379 միավոր զրահատեխնիկա, հիմնականում տանկեր, 82 ավտոտրանսպորտ, 10 զրահափոխադրիչ, մեկ «ՏՕՍ-1Ա» ծանր հրանետային համակարգ, 4 «Սմերչ» և 1 «Ուրագան» տիպի համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ կայանքներ:

Հակառակորդն ունի ավելի քան 3454 զոհ, ավելի քան 5270 վիրավոր։ Հայկական կողմից, նախնական տվյալներով, կա 331 զոհ։ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը թիրախավորել է նաև Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորական և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները, որի հետևանքով Գեղարքունիքում սպանվել է 2 քաղաքացիական անձ, Արցախում վիրավորվել է 80 քաղաքացիական անձ, զոհվել՝ 19 մարդ, վնասվել՝ մոտ 2700 գույք ու ենթակառուցվածք։

Ադրբեջանական զինուժի հրետակոծության հետևանքով վիրավորվել են ինչպես արտասահմանյան, այնպես էլ տեղական լրատվամիջոցների լրագրողներ։ Հայաստանում և Արցախում սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հայտարարվել է ռազմական դրություն։
