Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
«Սիրելի ՛ հայրենակիցներ
Շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով շարունակվում են թեժ և ծանր մարտերը: Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակը անընդհատ նոր ու ցավոտ կորուստներ է հասցնում թշնամու զորքերին, որոնց հարձակման նպատակը պարզ է ամբողջ աշխարհին: Բաքվի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարություն կոչվող ահաբեկչական հանցախումբն ու նրան անթաքույց աջակցող Թուրքիան ամեն կերպ փորձում են ներխուժել Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածք՝ այն ամբողջությամբ օկուպացնելու և հայ ժողովրդին ֆիզիկապես բնաջնջելու նպատակով:
Համոզված եմ, որ աշխարհում այլևս չկա որևէ մեկը, որ վերջնականապես չի համոզվել այս ճշմարտության մեջ։ Այդ հակամարդկային ոճրագործությունը կանխող ուժն այսօր մեր բանակն է, որը սխրանքներ է գործում մարտի դաշտում, ստիպում մեր թշնամուն հաշվի նստել իր իսկ ստեղծած առասպելների տապալման հետ։
Մեր զինվորները հերոսական պայքար են մղում մեր հողի ամեն սանտիմետրի համար: Իրենց նվիրումով են աչքի ընկնում մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցները՝ թե՛ Արցախում, թե՛ Մայր հայրենիքում, թե՛ Սփյուռքում: Անգամ այս հաղթական պահերին էլ չպետք է թուլացնել զգոնությունը, պետք է շարունակել գործել սթափ ու հստակ՝ որպես նպատակ մեր ազգային ձգտումների իրականացումն ունենալով:
Ես վստահ եմ, որ մեր այս ազատամարտն ըստ արժանվույն է գնահատվելու մեր ժողովրդի ապագա բոլոր սերունդների կողմից: Վստահեցնում եմ, որ միասնաբար անելու ենք ամեն ինչ մեր համազգային իղձերն ու նպատակները իրականացնելու համար:
Մեր միասնական սխրանքով ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում ենք, որ մեր ազատությունն ու անկախությունը սակարկելի չեն, ևս մեկ անգամ փաստեցինք, որ Արցախը հավերժ է:
Կեցցե՛ մեր բանակը,
Կեցցե՛ մեր ժողովուրդը,
Կեցցե՛ մեր ազգային միասնությունը»:
