Մեծարգո պարոն Նախագահ, մեծարգո պարոն Վարչապետ․ Այսօր հայ ժողովուրդը ևս մեկ անգամ կանգնեց պետականության կորստի, լինել - չլինելու մեծագույն վտանգի առաջ։ Պատերազմ է․ ամեն օր տասնյակ երիտասարդ հերոս հայորդիներ են զոհվում թշնամու նենգ գնդակից։
 
Մեծարգո տիարք․ Պատերազմական դրության ժամանակ հայտնի է, որ օգտագործվում է երկրի ողջ ռեսուրսները՝ մարդկային, նյութական, պատմությանը հայտնի են, որ նույնիսկ ձերբակալվածներից և կալանավորներից կազմվում են առանձին գնդեր և ուղղարկվում առաջնագիծ։ Ամեն ինչ ներդրվում է հանուն ՀԱՅՐԵՆԻՔԻ։ Ուստի սույն դիմում խնդրանքով դիմում եմ Ձեզ, ներում շնորհել
 
1. Պատերազմի ուղի անցած, այժմ անազատության կամ հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող մեր այն զինվորներին և սպաներին, որոնք առանց երկմտելու ցանկություն կհայտնեն բանտից ուղիղ առաջնագիծ մեկնելու և իրենց կյանքի գնով պաշտպանելու հայրենիքը։
 
2. Գործարարներին, որոնք պատրաստակամություն կհայտնեն ֆինանսական և նյութական օգնություն և օժանդակություն ցուցաբերել բանակին, Հայաստանում ժամանակավոր բնակություն հաստատած մեր հայրենակիցներին, կստեղծեն աշխատատեղեր, փառավոր հաղթանակից հետո ավերածությունները վերացնելու համար ներդրումներ կկատարեն, որպեսզի նորից շենացնենք մեր հայրենիքը։
 
Առաջինների օգնությունը առաջնագծում անփոխարինելի կլինի, նրանք ունեն կյանքի և պատերազմի մեծ փորձ, անվախ են և հավատացած եմ շատ հայրենասեր։ Գործարարները կապահովեն թիկունքում ծագած խնդիրների լուծումը, ինչպես նաև առաջնագծում զենք - զինամթերքի և սննդի խնդիրների լուծման համար ֆինանսական օժանդակության հարցերում։
 
Այսօր առավել ևս պիտի լինենք միասնական, մի կողմ դնենք բոլոր ներքաղաքական խնդիրները, ներքին հարցերն ու անախորժությունները և լծվենք այս ՀԱՅՐԵՆԱԿԱՆ սրբազան պատերազմում ջախջախիչ հաղթանակ տանելու համար։ Ուզում եմ հատուկ խնդրել նաև, որպեսզի անվավեր ճանաչեք դիմակ չկրելու համար որոշված տուգանքները։ Առանձնապես հայրենիքը պաշտպանող երիտասարդների նկատմամբ ներկայացված տուգանքները։ Մարդիկ հայրենիքն են պաշտպանում, կյանք են տալիս հանուն հայրենիքի։ Ամեն վայրկյանն անգամ շատ թանկ է մեր բոլորիս համար, ուստի ակնկալում եմ ձեր համապատասխան որոշումը այս խնդիրների լուծման համար։ Աստված պահապան հայ զինվորին, հայ ժողովրդին, փառք հայոց բանակին և հայոց բանակին օժանդակողներին։
