Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կոչ եմ արել միջազգային հակաահաբեկչական նոր կոալիցիա ձևավորել: Նա իր ֆեյսբուքյա էջում գրել է.
«Կոչ եմ անում միջազգային հակաահաբեկչական նոր կոալիցիա ձևավորել
Այսօր Արցախն ու Հայաստանը հայտնվել են միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի առաջնագծում՝ բառիս բուն իմաստով։ Սակայն մեր դեպքում առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ համաշխարհային քաղաքակրթության գոյությանը սպառնացող այս թշնամին մեր հայրենիքի դեմ դուրս է եկել արդեն ՄԱԿ անդամ պետության դրոշի տակ քողարկված, այդ պետության կանոնավոր բանակի կազմում և շատ հաճախ այդ կանոնավոր բանակի փոխարեն։ Ժամանակակից աշխարհում, երբ տառացիորեն հնարավոր չէ ոչինչ թաքցնել ոչ մեկից, բոլորն իրենց աչքերով տեսել ու արձանագրել են համաշխարհային ջիհադիստական ահաբեկչական ցանցի ներթափանցումն Ադրբեջան։ Աշխարհում որևէ պետության համար արդեն գաղտնիք չէ, որ այդ հրեշավոր տեռորիստական ցանցի թիրախում Արցախի ու Հայաստանի խաղաղ բնակչությունն է, մեր քաղաքներն ու գյուղերը, ազատ ապրելու ու մեր ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու իրավունքը։
Այդ ցանցի շարունակական սնուցումն ու կառավարումն իրականացնող Թուրքիան այսօր Բաքվի պատեհապաշտ իշխանությունների համաձայնությամբ ծառայեցնում է Ադրբեջանը՝ որպես գործիք՝ Հարավային Կովկասում համաշխարհային ահաբեկչության նոր օջախ ստեղծելու համար։ Համաշխարհային քաղաքական կյանքի յուրաքանչյուր պատասխանատու մասնակից, պետություն, թե միջազգային կազմակերպություն, համոզված եմ, հստակ գիտակցում է այդօրինակ զարգացումների վտանգավոր հետևանքները։ Բոլորիս հիշողության մեջ թարմ են ջիհադիստական ավազակախմբի կողմից Իրաքում ու Սիրիայում պետականակերպ միավոր ստեղծելու ձգտումների հետևանքների մասին հիշողությունները։ Աշխարհի բոլոր պետությունները անելիք ունեն Թուրքիայի՝ Ադրբեջանը Հարավային Կովկասի ահաբեկչության որջ դարձնելու ծրագիրը ձախողելու գործում։
Հայաստանն ու Արցախն այսօր պայքարի առաջնագծում են, որովհետև արժանապատվորեն ընդունել են մեզ նետված մարտահրավերը։ Ու մենք պայքարելու ենք մինչև վերջնական հաղթանակ։ Սակայն սա միայն Արցախի և Հայաստանի խնդիրը չէ։
Որպես իր անկախության համար պայքար մղող պետության նախագահ՝ կոչ եմ անում քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալ այս պայքարում։ Համաշխարհային հակաահաբեկչական գործուն ու արդյունավետ կոալիցիայի ստեղծումը օրվա հրամայական է:
