Wall Street Journal. ո՞վ կարող է կանգնեցնել բախումը Կովկասում

Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ վերջին մարտական գործողությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ միջին եւ փոքր տերություններն օգտագործում են հնարավորություններն այն դեպքում, երբ գերտերությունները շեղվում են մրցակցային առաջնահերթություններից, գրում է Wall Street Journal-ը.
«Ուժային քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից այն տպավորությունն է, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ցանկանում է ամրապնդել իշխանությունն իր երկրում՝ միեւնույն ժամանակ փոխելով իր երկրի կարգավիճակը տարածաշրջանում: Հակամարտությունը մարտահրավեր է նետում Ռուսաստանին նրա համար խոցելի սահմաններում՝ Հարավային Կովկասում: Կրեմլը ցանկանում է լավ հարաբերություններ ունենալ ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի հետ: Նրա համար սարսափ սցենար է Հարավային Կովկասում հակամարտությունը, որը տարածվում է Ռուսաստանի վրա, որտեղ չեչենները միակ մուսուլման փոքրամասնությունը չեն:
Անկարան, հավանաբար, խաղադրույք է կատարում նրա վրա, որ ադրբեջանցիները կարող են հաղթել հայ պաշտպաններին նախքան հայերը կկարողանան Ռուսաստանին եւ Հայաստանի արեւմտյան բարեկամներին համոզել վերջ դնել հակամարտությանը: Հայերը, հատկապես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերը, մարտիկ պատվավոր վարկանիշ ունեն: Սակայն առանց կողմնակի աջակցության շանսերը հօգուտ նրանց չեն:
Էրդողանն արկածախնդրության է դիմում: Ռուսաստանը պայքարում է կորոնավիրուսի երկրորդ ալիքի դեմ եւ մտահոգված է Բելառուսում տիրող ճգնաժամով:
Հակամարտությունը նաեւ խնդիրներ է ստեղծում Հայաստանի մեկ այլ դաշնակցի՝ Իրանի համար: Իրանում 15-20 մլն ադրբեջանցի խոշոր էթնիկ խոշոր էթնիկ փոքրամասնություն է, եւ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր մեծացնում են նրանց շրջանում ազգայնական տրամադրությունները, խնդիր են գերագույն առաջնորդ Ալի Խամենեիի համար:
Ադրբեջանամետ ցույցեր են բռնկվել Իրանի մի քանի քաղաքներում: Իրանը երկու անգամ կմտածի նախքան նոր պատերազմին մասնակցելը:
Հայաստանն օգնության համար դիմել է Արեւմուտքին, որը, հավանաբար, չի լինի: Կորոնավիրուս, նախագահական ընտրություններ. այս ամենը վկայում է այն մասին, որ ամերիկական արձագանքը, հավանաբար, սառնասիրտ կլինի: Իսկ Եվրամիության ցանկացած գործողություն կսահմանափակվի խորհրդանշական պատժամիջոցներով, ձեռքսեղմումներով եւ վեհ գաղափարների արտահայտմամբ:
Կրակի դադարեցման հեռանկարները մեծ չեն: Մինչդեռ հայ դիվանագետները սառնասրտորեն աշխատում են, որպեսզի միջազգային աջակցություն ստանան, Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան պահանջում են հայկական զորքերի դուրսբերում:
Էրդողանի համար Կովկասում հաղթանակն անձնական տրիումֆ է: Հաղթանակը Ռուսաստանին կստիպի ավելի լուրջ վերաբերվել Անկարային որպես տարածաշրջանում ուժ: Դա կմեծացնի ԱՄՆ-ից Էրդողանի անկախությունն ու նրա հեղինակությունը որպես մարդու, ով ցանկանում է վերածնել Օսմանյան խալիֆաթի կորսված փառքը:
Էրդողանի ռիսկերը եւս մեծ են, հատկապես եթե Ռուսաստանը որոշի մեկընդմիշտ կարգավորել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները: Գալիք ձմեռը, հավանաբար, թեժ կլինի խաղաղ բնակիչների եւ նրանց համար, ովքեր ներգրավված են պատերազմում, որը թուլացած միջազգային համակարգը, կարծես, չի ցանկանում կամ չի կարողանում կանխել»:
