Հանրային շահը պահանջում է, որ Ծառուկյանը լինի ազատության մեջ
13 կուսակցություններ, այդ թվում՝ "Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանքը", գրությամբ դիմել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին՝ առաջարկելով վերանայել «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված՝ խափանման միջոց կալանավորման մասին որոշումը:
Ես կարծում եմ՝ իշխանությունները, նույնիսկ առանց այս դիմումի, ռազմական դրություն հայտարարելուց հետո պետք է փոխեին Ծառուկյանի խափանման միջոցը՝ որպես քաղաքական ուժերի, հասարակության կոնսոլիդացիայի դրսևորում։
Սակայն երբեք ուշ չէ, մանավանդ, որ վաղը Վերաքննիչ դատարանը որոշում է կայացնելու ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի խափանման միջոցի հարցով։ Պատերազմական այս իրավիճակում հանրային շահը պահանջում է, որ Ծառուկյանը լինի ազատության մեջ՝ իր ռեսուրսները, արտաքին կապերը, կոնսոլիդացնող հատկանիշներն օգտագործելով հաղթանակի, մեր հայրենիքի ու բանակի հզորացման համար։ Նույնսիկ կալանքի պայմաններում Ծառուկյանն իր ազգանպաստ առաքելությունը կատարում է, այն ավելի արդյունավետ կլինի, երբ նա հայտնվի ազատության մեջ։
