Գլխավոր դատախազի տարօրինակությունները. ինչու նախկին պաշտոնյաներին չեն թողնում գալ Հայաստան. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Այս պահին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շատ լավ հնարավորություն ունեն տարբեր քրեական գործերով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող եւ Հայաստանը լքած նախկին պաշտոնյաներին երկիր վերադարձնելու համար: Բանն այն է, որ Արցախում ռազմական գործողությունների հենց առաջին օրվանից հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող մի քանի նախկին պաշտոնյաներ դիմեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությանը՝ իրենց նկատմամբ հետախուզումը վերացնելու միջնորդությամբ, որպեսզի կարողանան գալ Հայաստան եւ իրենց ունակություններով օգտակար լինել սահմանին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստան վերադառնալու համար գլխավոր դատախազին առաջինը միջնորդագրով դիմեց ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ, արդարադատության գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը:
Այնուհետեւ ՀՀ իրավապահներին դիմեց նաեւ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Միխայիլ Հարությունյանը, եւ էլի եղան մարդիկ:
Նրանք երկուսն էլ դատախազից ոչ թե խնդրել են կարճել իրենց նկատմամբ քրգործը, մեղադրանքից հրաժարվել, այլ ընդամենը թույլ տալ Ռուսաստանից դուրս գալ ու Հայաստան մտնել: Սակայն տարօրինակ տրամաբանությամբ դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն արդեն մերժել է Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի միջնորդությունը, ու հասկանալի է, որ նույն ճակատագիրն է սպասվում նաեւ նախկին պնախարարի միջնորդությանը: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ դատախազը չի օգտվում իր կողմից հետախուզվողներին հայտնաբերելու ռեալ հնարավորությունից: Ի վերջո, դատախազը կարող էր ընդառաջել առաջարկվող տարբերակին, վերացնել հետախուզումը, հնարավորություն տալ ե՛ւ Միքայել Հարությունայնին, ե՛ւ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանին օրինական կերպով հատել ՌԴ սահմանը, վերադառնալ Հայաստան, այստեղ անմիջապես փակել ՀՀ սահմանները նրանց առջեւ՝ միայն հնարավորություն տալով Արցախ մեկնել, իսկ ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո կալանավորել նրանց ու դատապարտել՝ հաստատելով մեղադրանքը:
Աներկբա է, որ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի իրավական գիտելիքները կարող ենք օգտագործել ՄԻԵԴ-ում՝ ի նպաստ Հայաստանի շահերի, ինչպես նաեւ ՀԱԱԳԱ-ի միջազգային դատարանում, որոնց մասով արդեն իսկ Կոստանյանը Մոսկվայից գործընթացներ է սկսել, իսկ Միխայիլ Հարությունյանն էլ կարող է իր ռազմական գիտելիքներով, փորձով օգտակար լինել ռազմական որոշումներ կայացնելիս: Բայց դատախազը փակում է այս բոլոր ճանապարհները, ինչի համար պետք է ունենա հիմնավոր պատճառ. Ո՞րն է այն:
Այս պահվածքից հետո առավել հիմնավոր են դառնում այն կասկածները, որ «Մարտի 1»-ի գործը չի բացահայտվում, 10 անմեղ զոհերի սպանությունները այդպես էլ չեն բացահայտվում, եւ մինչեւ հիմա ՀՀ վարչապետին զեկուցվել է, թե հետախուզվողները փախել են, դրա համար գործը փակուղի է մտել: Հիմա մարդիկ գալիս են, ինչու՞ չեք ցանկանում դուրս գալ փակուղուց: Ուրեմն իրականում «Մարտի 1»-ի գործի քննությունը տապալվել է, եւ Կոստանյանի, Հարությունյանի ու մյուսների գալով այդ տապալումը կամրագրվի նաեւ իրավաբանորեն: Այսինքն՝ դատախազի եւ ՀՔԾ պետի սուտը կբռնվի: Բայց արժե՞ անձնական ամբիցիաները այդքան վեր դասել»:
