SOCIETYՀանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, շարունակում է հետևողական և գործուն պայքար մղել օտարերկրյա պետությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային անձեռնմխելիության և արտաքին անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հետախուզական գործունեության բացահայտման, կանխման և խափանման ուղղությամբ, որի ընթացքում ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների արդյունավետ ծառայության, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների աչալրջության շնորհիվ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում լրտեսություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն են բերման ենթարկվել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներ:
Քրեադատավարական պատշաճ իրավական ընթացակարգի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված համապատասխան միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների կողմից ՀՀ զինված ուժերին պատկանող մարտական տեխնիկայի, սպառազինության շարժի, զորամասերի տեղակայման վայրերի, ինչպես նաև ռազմական դրության պայմաններում հայտարարված զորահավաքին մասնակցող անձանց և նրանց քանակի վերաբերյալ որոշակի տեղեկություններ հավաքելու մասին փաստական տվյալներ, որպիսիք քննության այս փուլում բավարար են եղել կասկածանքը հիմնավոր համարելու համար, ուստի 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին հիշյալ անձինք ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 302-րդ հոդվածի (լրտեսություն) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-302-րդ հոդվածի (ՀՀ քաղաքացու կողմից լրտեսությանն օժանդակելու) կասկածանքով:
Ձեռնարկվում են մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական գործողություններ՝ կատարված հանցագործության ամբողջական բացահայտման, դեպքի հետ առնչություն ունեցած այլ օտարերկրացիների ու ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ինքնությունները բացահայտելու և նրանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումներ սկսելու ուղղությամբ:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հետևողական պայքար է տանում սահմանադրական կարգի հիմունքների և պետության անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների կանխման, խափանման և բացահայտման ուղղությամբ:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը այս գործընթացում ակնկալում է նաև հասարակության լայն շերտերի ներգրավվածությունը՝ իշխանության մարմիններին հայտնելու պետական դավաճանության կամ լրտեսության վերաբերյալ իրենց հայտնի դարձած տեղեկությունները՝ ի նպաստ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, անվտանգության և տարածքային անձեռնմխելիության:
